Very conveniently located. The residents are low-key, great pool, nice apartment, the beach is minutes away and you can walk to town where there are lots of stores and restaurants.

There were note enough pots and pans or cooking appliance in the kitchen.

Our balcony view in B-02 was the best you could get. Super!

The pool was large, clean, and excellent all around with the small restaurant right there at the pool. Super nice and convenient. Looked at other properties up and down the beach. This was one of the best and relatively cheap.

The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful at all time. It was a good place for the money we paid and having an entire place with pool and private beach was a great asset. We will definitely, come back to this place.

It would have been great to have the beach cleaned of sea wracks as it was not very pleasant to get into the beach with that tangled around.

It was a very nice property with plenty of food and bars very close by.

Beach was not upkept with the seaweed and the aggressiveness of the people trying to sell stuff

The property is manicured and very clean. Nice big pool. Steps to the beach & convenience store. The office troubleshoots issues promptly. The apartment was spacious.

The restaurant is expensive for food and not very good. The first & only dinner we ate there was expensive and not very tasty: the burger was dry and the skewered shrimp overcooked. Even breakfast was soulless, bland.

The location was great. The beds were very comfy. The restaurant had great food and service. We loved the pool also.

There were mosquitos in the condo the whole time. The water barely got hot. There should be trash bags for people who don't want to pay for the expensive cleaning service each day to bag up their own trash.

First of all, Stanza Mare it is an amazing “Hotel” for many’s raison. The localisation near to mini market, gift, restaurant. You are at the beach. It’s so close 0,30 sec. It’s insane. There is a security guard who look at you, when we are at the beach, just to make sure its all good ( really nice,thanks to him). Also hotel really clean, the pool super clean. The workers are really good, but the security guard at the entrance HE IS AMAZING even if he doesn’t speak english. Always make sure of your security tell you where you should go where you shouldn’t go, check if its the right taxi you took. ALWAYS polite with the smile. Thank you everyone

In general, it was a really good experience. Perhaps, some stuff i didn’t like. First, when you are checking in. I had to payed 30$ for the electric only in cash, It’s wasn’t write somewhere. In a room you have just a fridge, coffee machine. Not even a pan, fork, knife you can’t make anything and there isn’t a restaurant in a hotel. Can be cool to just put the minimum. You have a big bottle of water(18,9 L), which its nice but mine it wasn’t full, it was only 1,5L left. So i asked the office to change it. It was 2 $ but nobody came.

The property was very nice and clean. The people are nice helpful and friendly. The food was very good and not too expensive.

Overall everything was very nice, but the electricity was very expensive. I even tried not to use it every time.

The location was great! Restaurants and bars all around! Our Republic was a great hangout! So was Soles! The pool was one of my favorite spots at the property. The pool is huge and you never feel crowded. Really cool to have the poolside bar. Small private beach but good to have it! They have some excess of seaweed but make the effort to clean it throughout the week. They have a ton of beach chairs with grass umbrellas to block sun when you need to! There is a great security team at Stanza Mare- you have good reason to feel very safe here. The staff were excellent!

The people using the public beach next door could clean up after themselves better. This is not a responsibility of Stanza Mare and not their fault. It’s too bad the people who use the public beach don’t cherish the gift that has been granted to them.

What I most like was how friendly and serious Jerico ( dream incorporation) was, not only because he responded very very quickly on questions before and on our holiday,but also how good he fixed our tours. You can find him at the lobby. About the tours ; If you want something special HE is the man who can fix this for you. All the tours what we did was good organized and the taxi was on time! Location; Just around the corner are restaurants , supermarkets, farmácia,and way more. Private beach is really 1 step away. Everyday the pool is cleaned. At the night the is no disco or other sounds what can disturb you. Appartement; The interior is a bit outdated but for the holiday it's perfect!, a good working airconditioning in the main bedroom and upstairs at the next bedroom. Wifi is perfect and rapid enough for streaming Like Netflix. The oven,microwave, fire for cooking all works nice. The appartement have 2 bedrooms with toilet. Despite the very positive review about the appartement and location. There is only 1 thing what i can say it can be better. First i don't know if its the time off the year or it's normal. On the beach ( waterline) there is a bit off seaweed.
