Beautyful new bungalows, nice resort, very friendly management & staff

beach is in that area not so nice for swimming, is is better more south from Arce bar south.

This hotel was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Thailand during our 15 nights in Thailand , we stayed at 5 properties in total and this one was probably the most comfortable. The beds were so soft with fresh white linen brilliant air con and nice bathroom. we arrived on the opening day which was a surprise to us . The landscaping is beautiful the pool is so inviting to with Direct access onto a lovely beach. They even had a couple of paddle boards and a 2 person canoe which were free to use. Every member of staff was so lovely we felt so lucky to have picked this little gem.

We loved it at Blue Turtle! Lovely villa accomodation. Really clean, and stylish decor. The whole team were so friendly and caring. The restaurant was so good that we ate there a lot! Delicious French pastries, traditional Thai food, and the mojitos were amazing! The water filters onsite and the glass bottles provided, were fantastic. So good to reduce the amount of plastic being used.

Nothing that the owners can do, but the beach out front had a lot of rubbish pollution and the water wasn’t clean enough for us to enjoy swimming in. A real shame that so much of Asia is like this now. Definitely a reason we may not return to Koh Samui.

Lovely hotel . Big spacious room and terrace. Nikki at reception very kind and helpfull, Also Benny, Mod, Aor, Celio, Dao .... Thanks for your good services ! Actually ALL personnel I meet were very nice people. When a terrace light was broken down in the evening, Dao came to repair immediatly, even after her working hours. Very pleasant also to see that guests don't block deckchairs in the morning by putting their towels .... Food choice and quality in their restaurant is excellent.

The shower: low water pressure, hardly lukewarm water and very old chalked showerhead. Also a pity the hotel doesn't put any tablesor chairs on the (little) beach before the hotel.

Unfortunately we were the last group before challah closes down. Breakfast very limited, and the last four days we ate elsewhere because of lack of food for breakfast.

Lack of breakfast food and beer ran out.

Newly renovated property , neat premises with lots of landscape. With only a few rooms it’s not overly crowded or noisy . Pool , beach and the reception are like 10 metres walk from any room you stay in . We didn’t opt for breakfast so cannot say much about it . There’s a 7/11 bang opposite property and also tops daily and a very good Thai place called wok inn and also Sala Thai around . Chaweng beach is like a 5 minute ride on the bike . Chaweng party street is a 2 min ride . 5 minutes from the airport and the sea port that takes you to koh tao and the other islands . The property is on the beach so you can also enjoy paddling and kayaking which they rent out . Also lot of bars as you walk down the beach on either side of the property . Lastly this stay wouldn’t be so good without the amazing staff …. Nikki , Celio at the reception and Emiley for always being so warm . Worth every penny

The room was perfect! Very comfortable bed. The restaurant was delicious, especially the Pad Thai! The pool was very clean and nice. The location was perfect, away from the noise but close to everything, we walked along the beach to the center. There is also a 7 Eleven and other stores in front of the hotel.

Reception is until 8pm but it is not a problem since if you let them know that you will arrive later they will leave you all the instructions to enter the room.

Exactly what we needed! The accommodation was perfect for 4 adults, private and clean.The staff were happy and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The restaurant and staff were amazing! Every meal was exceptional! We loved the eco-friendly initiatives at this accommodation - the refillable treated drinking water, glass straws, soap dispensers, etc. The air conditioning worked well, and having a fridge and kettle in the roombl was great. The convenient beachfront location outside the busy area of Chaweng Beach area, walkable location was brilliant.

We were sad to leave!

We loved our stay at Blue Turtle! Our group of 5 had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic - short walk into town, both via the street and along the beach. The property backs onto the beach, the pool was kept clean and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious, have air con, and are clean and tidy. Special thank you to Nikki, who went above and beyond to help us with transport and admin when our luggage was lost. We couldn’t have got it back without her! She was absolutely fantastic and had a smile on her face the whole week!

great place - they say since new management took over everything looks nice - EXCEPT the bathrooms - specially the sink which need a redo as it is not fair to the room or the property for all the love that has been put in great little place to stay with the family and full of kids - so 20 rooms fully sold out even in low season - the people are awesome and great service - they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome

the food needs an upgrade - perhaps doing a training on the cooks - not everyone that says can cook is a cook and this is not the cooks fault but a matter of upgrading his skills put in an extra training and love to the food and this place will be amazing!!
