The bed was very comfortable for me with both soft and a bit firm pillows option. The room had everything I needed. Private entry code and room was very quiet for relaxing. Breakfast option was fresh. I had banana, boiled eggs and orange juice after morning gym. Location is close to the busier areas, good restaurants. Few parks to explore also. Would come back for another weekend get away.

Gym room a bit small and basic but had decent set of dumbbells. I wasn't sure how to operate the exercise bike there and water gallon wasn't filled.

Stay was great. The GM was hospitable, welcoming and stood on business. Was very accommodating and kind. Was genuinely a good soul and made our stay even more wonderful. The rooms were immaculate, clean, and spacious. And they even have breakfast early in the morning. Spent our five year anniversary here and couldn't have been more happy. Will definitely return.

The room was nice, clean and had all the things needed. It was comfortable and I do recommend it. It was close to AC and restaurants.

The room was booked through booking.com. The property was advertised as a Quality Inn. The property was no longer a Quality Inn and became privately owned. It was a little challenging to confirm as there was no sign on the outside and the address needs to be displayed better. The new owner advised no breakfast, and the property is mostly on Airbnb.

I like the reception staff and the positive energy in welcoming us. Room was good for 2 person with everything unit working properly. They provided us with towels and all the basic amenities require for the stay. in short it was a good stay.

The only problem I had was the bedsheet was not clean, there were very light spots on the sheet. Other than that the stay was very good.

First off and for most the staff has been more then accommodating. Very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant and safe. Everything was clean and well taken care of which made it a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here in the future. My fiancé and myself are very pleased with the whole experience.

Great location and super easy going. The Hibiscus team was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. The room was very clean and larger than I expected it would be, the bed was comfortable, good shower, handy mini fridge and microwave and a nice working TV. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

It was at a great location. It was next to tons of shops and food, plus it was really close to a giant mall and our Location. They had a full breakfast also! I'm talking the works, eggs, pancakes, waffles. Not to mention they are the only black owed quality inn and suites! I loved that. Will definitely stay again.

My only complaint is the carpet could be changed it was pretty wore down in spots and the shower head could use an upgrade.

We booked our stay just two hours before checkin time due to a change of plans. I needed two rooms next to each other on the first floor because my mom does not do stairs well. We had already been assigned an upper floor but the general manager took the time to shift things around to make sure we got what we needed. Checkin was so smooth and we got to our rooms to find them exceptionally clean and wonderful. We had a great night's sleep and went to breakfast the next morning to find the same general manager greeting everyone with a huge smile and helping everyone get their breakfast and coffee. She made sure the tables were clean, she made all the waffles to avoid any contamination and stressed how important it was to use the tongs associated with each dish. She was so professional and firm, yet friendly and inviting. It made our one night stay so pleasant and I would most definitely return!

The office manager was lovely. Explained all the charges. The breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again if I had a reason to go into AC. It was a short uber ride back and forth.

The only "bad" thing was the room's air freshness was very strong when we opened the door. I left the door and window open plus turned on the ac. A little less air freshner please.

First and foremost, the staff was friendly, accommodating, extremely polite and energetic. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and she was very positive and people orientated. I would highly recommend this establishment to family and friends!

There wasn't anything I did not like. I was extremely pleased with everything. The property was well maintained. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and informative. The lobby was just renovated and it was cheerful and bright. The location was perfect and easy to get too. There were endless places to eat, shop, and the beach is close by. The owners were absolutely wonderful!
