Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlantic City Absecon

I liked the friendliness of 2 of most of the staff. The cleanness of the hotel. Updated modern decor. The young ladies at the front desk were very kind. The overnight older woman was ok, not great.

Only one working ice machine on the 3rd floor, TV did not work, call front desk 3 times also went downstairs to address this issue problem still wasn't solved. I even asked to be switched to a room with a functional TV 📺 😔 wasn't able to. The one community microwave downstairs is not the best. Overall the TV 📺 was my biggest issue.

The hotel was very clean from the rooms, to the dining area, and the lobby. I was concerned when booking that my room wouldn’t have a microwave, but there was a microwave in the lobby that was available for use so that was fine. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel was right next to a restaurant which was very convenient.

The breakfast food looked a little undercooked to me, so I didn’t eat it. They did have a nice selection of foods. Eggs, waffles, sausages, oatmeal, bread and bagels, etc.

I thought the breakfast was very good, especially the spinach & swiss chess crustless quiche. The atmosphere was great. The staff was polite, helpful and courteous. My overall stay for the night was pleasant and enjoyable.

The one thing was the food supply was running short and need to be refill. A suggest is to maybe have more than one person refilling the area. There was need for the elevators to be vacuumed and the location of the Ice maker just on one floor.

attention to detail could be better while cleaning, found a empty water bottle under the counter in the bathroom and tic tacs next to the end table in the room. everything else seemed overall pretty clean. pillows suck, way too soft you might as well not use one at all. need better pillows or atleast more.

Qwishana from the front office was amazing. Called in the am for a late checkout, completely blanked on it being so late, and she recovered amazingly. She told me about the breakfast, had a short conversation, and improved my entire day. Updated place with quiet views and cozy rooms. Would recommend.

Hotel was clean and quiet and breakfast was good. The location was also good.

Room appeared clean, but I found someone's hair on the shower door and the shower glass door had water spots, so that suggest that the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

We like the big screen TV. The place was clean and well maintained. Didn't get to the breakfast because we slept past the time. Smile.

The only thing that we considered to be some what of a challenge was the shower. You can't turn on the water from the outside. You must get to access everything.

I liked the cleanliness and how bright the rooms were and how dark it could get too and the tv was nice and parking and how nice the staff was and breakfast was actually real food definitely would stay again

Price was a little much

Breakfast was ok. Road construction on Rt# made access a little inconvenient, otherwise, it was close to the event I was attending.

Hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels or clothes, along with grab bars in the shower and a better vessel for the shower soap. A vent fan would have been nice also.

everything else besides the food an insects place was beautiful had nice rooms an amenities

food was moldy An they told me no it’s just the berries An when I sat back down they tossed them all out hoping I didn’t see. an I seen bugs in my room
