Super quick check-in and friendly staff. The rooms have a good size and the bathrooms are new and well equipped. The breakfast was great with good selection of food. The parking OS free of charge outside the hotel but gets busy quickly. Definitely a good choice if you are staying in Bregenz as you are quickly back on the Highway as well.

I would have enjoyed a freshly cooked egg for breakfast but that's no deal breaker 😉

The hotel is well maintained. Kudos to the house-keeping team. Breakfast was good but have to go very early otherwise you wouldn’t find a table. The e-charging station worked with Swiss Charge App. Very straight forward.

No laundry bag for dirty clothes. No amenities (shower cap, cotton buds/pads). No lotion. No coffee machine. No kettle. No complimentary coffee or tea or even bottled water. I booked 2 rooms and wanted our rooms to be next to each other or the nearest. I made a remark upon making my booking but very obvious it was overlooked. However, the check-in staff was kind enough to arrange 2 rooms next to each other for us. I received only a reply after checked in. Upon check out, I told and showed the staff that we had consumed 1 pack of chips and 1 pack of waffle from mini bar. We only realised he had wrongly charged us for other item (4.80€ vs 2.50€). Didn’t go back as we were short of time.

The general look and feel of the hotel is quality. Subdued lighting in public areas gives an intimate air. The staff were very polite and attentive.

The bedroom and bathroom had none of the personality of the rest of the hotel, felt more like a 2 star rather than a 4. The bathroom was in need of a remodel and the bedroom was lacking seating space (only one chair for a double room is an odd choice).

A very solid choice for a weekend of opera. The staff is accommodating, the space is clean and comfortable. With the free shuttle to and from the events, and a bar that awaits you for a nightcap, Schwarzler was a good choice. We rented the (free) bikes to go around town and enjoyed the breakfast. The only catch is the price for value, which is a bit on the high side.

Well appointed hotel with good breakfast and very nice spa area. The staff were very friendly. Free onsite parking was also a huge plus.

It was a bit of a walk into town, which didn’t bother us, but might be an issue for others.

Some walking to the centre. Hotel Is a bit uphill. But public bus service stops close to hotel.

Breakfast was great. Excellent variety and good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, big room. The elevator was ridiculously rapid, I don't really know how it went so fast.

Nice and modern hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Cozy restaurant downstairs and local wine, food and others. Parking right outside make easy to jump to the car ad reach everywhere. Its not centrally located by easy to reach the city center.

Very professional, fast and uncomplicated staff. Nice breakfast. Entire building seems freshly renovated with a lot of wood. Nice and warm atmosphere. Would come again.

Location is a bit offside, Taxi from Trainstation is €12 or 15m by foot.

The best hotel in Bregenz. Perfect personal, perfect services, very nice dinner and breakfast. It is not in the centre of the city but within walking distance. We will certainly be coming back!
