We checked in a bit after 11PM and the check in lady was wonderful. Very polite and helpful! Breakfast was WONDERFUL. I looove waffles and I don’t normally have them, the rest of the selection was excellent as well. The room was clean and nice!

It always seemed like there was trash in the elevator. Pieces of papers on the ground, Kleenex and even a single sock balled up. Our rooms heater only seemed to blow cold air so even though it was cold in the room and we had it set to 72, it was only blowing cold air, but we were only there for two nights and we didn’t want to bother anyone! The shower also is nice but has a bad design, you have to get into the shower fully to turn it on and almost always get blasted with cold water!

Like everything! Friendly staff in all areas we encountered from the Front desk, housecleaning & breakfast, great job! We had a smooth checkin and out. Coffee available anytime, plus Lemon water:) Lots of breakfast choices and plenty of food. Good location for visiting Smithville Village & Renault Winery plus shopping centers were a short drive away. Comfortable bed, loved the clean white linens & towels. Spacious clean bathroom with large vanity and glass walk-in shower. Microwave & small Refrigerator were a hugh plus!! Would definitely stay here again:))

Pillows were a little soft, but this is minor. We slept well👍

The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, liked the pillows, the breakfast was very good. I was pleased that there was laundry machines on premises.

I think for the price, rooms should be cleaned daily. Beds made, garbage emptied bathrooms wiped down.

The hotel is overall very modern and updated. It was very clean, there was no unknown odor (good or bad) when we walked into the room which was great. The hotel was also pretty quiet, there were no screaming kids or slamming doors so we were able to fall asleep easily. It’s also directly next to a Denny’s, a very quick and easy walk if you like Denny’s. Staff was very polite and kind.

It’s next to quite a few hotels that aren’t all that safe. It’s far enough away from the hotels/motels that have police called almost constantly, however it’s close enough for there to be signs all over the parking lot stating the hotel isn’t liable for any stolen possessions in cars or cars themselves.

From the moment I walked in to the place to check-in to the time I checked out my experience staying at this location was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and greeted you with smile. The lobby area and surrounding was extremely clean with complimentary water bottles for guests as well as complimentary hot chocolate and coffee/tea which was very refreshing especially when you’re checking in. The rooms were clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable. The area was safe and very close to Atlantic City. I made three trips to the area in one day and came back quite late at night with no issues. Complimentary hot breakfast was excellent. They had a lot of breakfast options and despite being busy they did not run out of items. Really glad that I stayed at this location and was very impressed overall. Will highly recommend anyone who is in the area to stay here!

Breakfast - we enjoyed that there was a variety of options to choose from and especially the hot foods that were available. The location was also close to the airport which made the travel and location stellar. In addition, we enjoyed the gym and ability to be able to launder our clothing. Lastly, every single staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. This truly made the stay feel like a home away from home.

The standard rooms had spring mattresses and flat pillows.

Pretty clean hotel, comfy bed and very nice breakfast. AC worked exceptionally and the large TVs in the king suite are NICE

The sofa and chair in the room were obviously picked with aesthetics in mind VS comfort, as they were extremely hard, but its definitely not a big deal and something you can get over. The room is also dark not much lighting, and the curtains are black out (which is nice for sleeping) but if you want natural light you get no privacy. Also not a deal breaker.

The front desk check-in process was very pleasant; when we needed items from the hotel store process was excellent. Breakfast was good, with many variety. Locations to either AC or Ocean City boardwalk are close.

The shower was not properly insulated; the shower water leaked out during each shower. Coffee was always empty the first time when going to get a cup with breakfast; after eating the coffee was always full.

Everything. :) It was so smooth without problem to check in and out.

sooo disappointed, when i got in the room at 3rd floor, and found out that the floor near by A/C was VERY WET!!!!!! Smell awful (bad odor) when we open the door. My fiancé reported complaint about it to front desk but they are so nice and helpful. They changed the room to 4th floor.

We liked everything. Warm cookies upon arrival, use of a laundry on premisses, bed, shower and breakfast. I would like to praise Jamie, who was working on breakfast. She was making the ham and cheese frittatas. She happily made one for my daughter without ham who is a vegetarian. Thank you so much.

Only 2 towels in bathroom for 4 people who just spent a day at the beach.
