friendly and accommodating staff. very comfy beds, large rooms small kitchen space was a bonus! tub and shower with body jets.

no breakfast but no big deal,somethings were overlooked by housekeeping but at least they have housekeeping because most motels on rt 30 don’t anymore.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the tub! My room was super comfortable and outfitted with exactly what I needed to enjoy my stay. From a refrigerator to a work desk to an amazingly comfy bed, to digital thermostat controls, to the amazing tub, this place has everything that I appreciate about a space to get away for a few days.

The use of chemical cleaners with strong odor seems excessive. There are so many other nontoxic options that I'd greatly appreciate being implemented to protect everyone's health, including those who are sensitive to toxic cleaners.

The employees were kind and accommodating. They were responsive to my needs coming through with flying colors .

The room wasn't dirty it showed it's age Was as though the room was worn out, had seen better days. Housekeeping can't do anything about that . Management should do some upgrades .

The only complaint I have in regards to cleanliness is that we had a jacuzzi room and when I turned the jets on, out came a bunch of tiny black hairs 🤢. I cleaned the tub and gave my kids another bath. Bagged breakfast was disappointing and the jacuzzi in the pool room was ice cold but overall we had a nice time and might be back!

Room was bigger then expected. Decent bed with extra pillows. Bath was clean with plenty of towels with soap and shampoo. Could smell cleaning lady cleaning a room as I walked pass from the hall. ( the disinfectant)

Don't think heater was working. Furniture sofa, chair uncomfortable and dated. Stains on carpet. Big step to get into shower.

Very clean for the price. Spacious room and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. It was nice and quiet corridors were clean smelled great. Location was pretty good also 👌 found a nice quiet brewery close by for the beer lovers. 🍺 overall great stay. Would try this establishment again for a longer stay.

It was a nice room. Rather "dated" but clean and comfortable.

Since there is NO Breakfast, the coffee in the room needs to be a better quality. I would rather have a small real coffee maker than the stuff that is in there. Also, prepacked danish or muffins could be provided for guest. Youare still paying for breakfast and not getting anything.

it was good location very local to where I had yo go. the room was nice a spacious.

i did not like how I had to wait weeks for my refund. I was told I will get a partial refund because I checked out early, but I had tp keep calling for the manager

There were lots of signs everywhere. It looked a bit cluttered. The protection barrier looked really old. The desk chair needs to go in the trash, and the room could use a deep clean. The common surfaces needed to be wiped down

Staff was very pleasant and nice! Room was very clean and nicely stocked with plenty amenities. The bathroom and shower was nice and the whirlpool was very relaxing. Definitely enjoyed the night! Thank you for allowing me to get a late checkout. Very much appreciated!
