It was at a great location. It was next to tons of shops and food, plus it was really close to a giant mall and our Location. They had a full breakfast also! I'm talking the works, eggs, pancakes, waffles. Not to mention they are the only black owed quality inn and suites! I loved that. Will definitely stay again.

My only complaint is the carpet could be changed it was pretty wore down in spots and the shower head could use an upgrade.

We booked our stay just two hours before checkin time due to a change of plans. I needed two rooms next to each other on the first floor because my mom does not do stairs well. We had already been assigned an upper floor but the general manager took the time to shift things around to make sure we got what we needed. Checkin was so smooth and we got to our rooms to find them exceptionally clean and wonderful. We had a great night's sleep and went to breakfast the next morning to find the same general manager greeting everyone with a huge smile and helping everyone get their breakfast and coffee. She made sure the tables were clean, she made all the waffles to avoid any contamination and stressed how important it was to use the tongs associated with each dish. She was so professional and firm, yet friendly and inviting. It made our one night stay so pleasant and I would most definitely return!

The office manager was lovely. Explained all the charges. The breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again if I had a reason to go into AC. It was a short uber ride back and forth.

The only "bad" thing was the room's air freshness was very strong when we opened the door. I left the door and window open plus turned on the ac. A little less air freshner please.

First and foremost, the staff was friendly, accommodating, extremely polite and energetic. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and she was very positive and people orientated. I would highly recommend this establishment to family and friends!

There wasn't anything I did not like. I was extremely pleased with everything. The property was well maintained. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and informative. The lobby was just renovated and it was cheerful and bright. The location was perfect and easy to get too. There were endless places to eat, shop, and the beach is close by. The owners were absolutely wonderful!

Staff was amazing,owner was on premises and made us feel super welcome. The owner was there to greet us and constantly checked in to make sure our stay was effortless. This is a black-owned hotel I wish they would advertised it on Google.

The only complaints I have is that booking.com has this place listed as pet friendly-thank god I called to confirm awhile before my check-in date made arrangements for my dog.

it was clean. It had a variety of breakfast foods.

it looked as if homeless people were stationed there. there was a sign on the staircase asking firsts not to hang wet clothes on the railings of the staircase. people were hanging out and sitting in front of the doors of their rooms.

It was very clean and welcoming.

I was told my receipt would be ready and it is now 10:14 pm and my $100.00 holding fee has not be reissued to my checking account. I have no receipt yet.

The place was a little dated. The overall experience was great. The staff and owner were very friendly and made us feel at home. We received a free breakfast and the food was delicious.

The bed was a little hard but not bad.

there was a loud party next door and smelled slightly like weed. i notified staff and they tried to address it as best and quickly as they could which is appreciated.

Hospitality is everything! Keep up the great work ladies!!!! Breakfast was great and the rooms are extra clean.. Comfy bed and the pool was open!!! I would defiantly come back
