My stay was beautiful in this hotel. It is located near the riverand close to tourist attractions. It is very clean and I was upgraded to a suite room with a partial view of the river. Thanks to the receptionist Natia for her high-class treatment of me when I arrived at the hotel.

When I left the hotel and did the checkout I called the reception to send someone to take the bags a quarter of an hour ago, and no one came. I was forced to take them myself, my wife and I, so that I would not miss my flight to Batumi. This thing made me upset with the receptionist.,

I took a Suite room with my kids. Breakfast was good All staff were friendly and speak English Room service, including dining, was great. The room air conditioning was out of order, and the hose in the washroom was blocked. The hotel sent an excellent handyman who fixed them. The second shower was also out of order, but we only needed one shower, so it was not a problem for us.

1. The room beside us was noisy with people talking loudly and using the table as a drum. The receptionist kindly sent security to speak to our neighbors, who still insisted on being loud. 2. On our last night, some people were smoking, and the corridor beside our room was filled with smoke. We had trouble sleeping, especially because my kids have asthma and started coughing. When I called the receptionist, they said there was nothing they could do. However, in the morning, as a kind gesture from the hotel regarding this incident, they transferred us to the airport free of charge.

Being a critic in Hospitality and X General manager, associate Director of Hospitality in NAKHEEL group in Dubai, it’s very hard to pinpoint negativities, about my stay in Royal Tulip Tibilisi. Rooms are very clean and spacious and well Soundproofed, beds are comfortable. my booking was for standard room, therefore the view was good enough having in mind the rooms with the River view has a more romantic and fascinating capture. Breakfast buffet spread was delicious catering for all tastes vegetarians, non-pork eaters and others with a complimentary choice of beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is well equipped with a lovely spa facility. Gaming is available in a settled way within the property for those who fancies a little Vegas experience. Definitely I will stay here again.

First off, we ordered two rooms on this trip, and were told that since they coudn't be together (we were on the 7th floor at opposite ends of the building), one was upgraded to a suite so that we could be together with our friends. It was huge, much more than we really needed. My wife loves casinos, and we went one of the nights we were there. As we came in rather early in the evening, we had lots of help from the staff. Amenities were very nice.

After we got in, went to the front desk to ask for ice. They said it would be sent to the room, but an hour later when we went to bed we called and cancelled it. Location is a bit out of the way, we needed taxis to the more touristy areas.

Hotel and all properties very good. Breakfast absolutely perfect. The rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. The help, support and kindness of the Indian lady (probably a student) working in the dining room was super.

Far from city center. There are no ATMs, banks or shopping malls nearby. Nearest metro station is about 7-8 minutes by taxi. Day shift bar staff were nice. However, I won't say the same for overnight workers. Especially the young man with long hair who is serving was a bit arrogant.

The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly, accommodating our requests for an early check-in upon arrival. This was very pleasant after a long and exhausting commute, including a 6-hour layover between flights. The luxury suite was really great, featuring large panoramic windows!

The housekeeping and room services did not meet our expectations. They failed to clear all the cups and demonstrated poor attention to detail, as some areas were well cleaned while others were not. They also neglected to refill the coffee capsules and tea bags at the bar. Even after we directly called room service, they did not bring the coffee capsules, leading me to order them through Wolt after a lengthy wait. Furthermore, they removed the bathrobes for replacement but did not provide a fresh set. Additionally, we accidentally left a swimsuit in the pocket of a bathrobe, and it was never recovered.

I loved that a lot of the staff were always smiling. You dont find that in many hotels in georgia I also loved that they were very keen to keep us comfortable. The toilet all had bidet ( shatafa) large bathrooms , warm water The rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was nice; Egg station, cheese boards , cereals , fruits , cakes very international suits all Lunch ,dinner Menu has a whole list for arab cuisine. Halal food I stayed in several hotels in tbilisi , this is by far one of my top 3.

The rooms and toilets are all clean but small details were overlooked.

There were ants in our room on the 10th floor (not very annoying though) No mirrors in the room (except in the toilet) Not enough equipment at the gym (I mean the basic stuff was missing)

1) Suite is 1 bedroom. Its Massive. 1 adult can layout very easily on the sofa couch in living room. 2) very cooperative staff and house keeping team.

1) reception area is very very outdated compared to the beautiful glass building exterior 2) literally for 3 mornings same breakfast was served and on 4th 1 item was changed. Management really needs to look into this matter. 3) location is very peaceful but you need to take a cab every time to reach to the center (approximately 5 GEL)
