Large room with balcony , with town view , especially nice in night when the city is full of lights . A lot of places for storage in the room - wardrobe , shelves , cupboard. Good Wi-Fi . Breakfast on the rooftop restraint - very basic , but enough to start the day . And it’s pleasant to have a cup of tea looking around from the 15th floor ))

During the booking , I marked my husband birthday and hope to get little attention from the stuff on this day , but nobody even don’t say happy birthday to him. Location - 3 from 5 taxi driver don’t know at all this hotel , Google maps also doesn’t show it .

Just Great… Very good and cooperative staff, all management is good. If you have any issues they listen to your requests and solve your problem immediately. Really affordable 4 star property with very good service. According to Tbilisi Hotels and staff this hotel must be 5 star. Love to stay here again and again. They get booked very fast, I want to extend my booking but they don’t have more rooms available so book in advance.

The room was clean and spacious and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The amenities in the room (bed, balcony, bathroom, a/c, coffee and tea facilities) made the stay more comfortable. The room was kindly and noticeably cleaned everyday. The breakfast section was fresh and tasty.

The hotel is on the top two floors of an apartment complex. The location is very residential/a little industrial but with Bolt it is easy (and cheap) to get into the city, although during busy times you may have to wait a little longer. There are also good public transport connections via bus but be careful when needing to cross the road! The breakfast selection was very limited and you have to pay extra for things like a cappuccino or filled omelette.

Views are amazing food was great. staff are incredible.

A little bit further than city center you need to use either taxi/bolt or you should make a 30 min walk for the old town. But being away also helps about noise of the city. Breakfast was well served, personnel was helpful and smiling.

Transfer from airport to hotel was a bitter experience. We arrived late in the night around 03:00 and only way to reach city was the taxi and they are charging you on high price! Don't fall for it, download Bolt before your journey or make an early appointment from Booking.

The room was spotlessly clean and towels changed every day. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. If we stay there again I would take a bigger room. We had a double with balcony which was quite small and not much room to get past the bed but there was lots of storage room and the shower room was wonderful. Air conditioner in the room and wi-fi throughout the hotel. Adequate breakfast with choice of cheese, cold meat, eggs (you can ask the chef for fried eggs or omelate), bread, salad, cereals, pastries and fresh and dried fruit. coffe, juice and water were also available but some came with a sur-charge. Really something for everyone! The location is good if you like to be near enough to the center but far enough away from the noise and bustle. You can travel anywhere in the city and surrounding area by taxi - the regular ones are expensive but download BOLT application and you will travel safely and cheaply. They are very reliable.

The entrance to the hotel is off the main road and seemed to be quite difficult for most taxi drivers to find. There was no printed information at all in the room about breakfast times or which things came with a sur charge and how much, if the terrace was open at other times and if food/drinks were available there. There was no information on how to use the television. It seemed to have netflix and you-tube along with other applications which I suppose you access through your own account but it would have been helpful and more reassuring to have something to explain this. The outside terrace is lovely but there is absolutely no shade and no fans. It was 36 degrees during our stay so shade was definatly an issue.

only one elevator so always we have to wait some time......also last day at roof restaurant there were a new old man who does not know English , serving the guests. He was shouting us loudly if we asked for some thing and making fun of us with other local guests..we could not understand why he is doing like that????

Eggs made to order would have been nice as the boiled eggs were cold. Also, it would be good to label each item so we know exactly what is what on the buffet table.

Very new , exceptional clean , good location near bus station within a walking distance, beautiful view from a terrace on the rooftop and what is the most important- very kind and helpful staff. Our room was updated for a 2-bedroom complimentary ( was a birthday), check in anytime ( I’ve arrived at 1 a.m ) , free breakfast, coffee mashing with a capsules, bathrobes , sleepers . everything was very nice 👍🏼 highly recommended for this price . and the last few things- size of the rooms are big , shower are the best I’ve ever had ) Well done 👍🏼 good new hotel
