I had incredible stay here. What truly stood out was the breathtaking view from the hotel. The panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning and left me in awe. One of the highlights of my stay was the expansive terrace. It was spacious and well-furnished, providing the perfect spot to soak in the natural beauty. I spent countless hours out there, enjoying the fresh air and taking in the picturesque scenery. If you're seeking a hotel with a beautiful view and an inviting terrace, I highly recommend it. It's the perfect retreat for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind amidst the beauty of the outdoors.

The view from the apartment was fantastic, panoramic views of Tbilisi and particularly stunning at night. There was a large deck, which Is great for sitting out on and this gives so much more space. The staff are very helpful and the Georgian breakfast is a feast, with something different prepared every day I was there.

The entrance is a little unsightly (as they say themselves) but the views and extra decking space more than makes up for it.

Firstly Natia the host was just amazing, showed us great hospitality The lady who made ths breakfast was also always smiling and warm The viewe of the rooms is breathtaking and its away from the noisy traffic The internet connection was strong Just keep in mind its about 20-30 mins walking distance from liberty Square and 7 mins by car However the walk there is totally worth it

Only the fact that you can't find the hotel easy as when you get to the location there is no sign, so better ask the hotel Staff to order you an airport pickup

Very nice location. Extremely attentive personal. There are two administrators, who are really friendly and kind. They wrote us a message that our breakfast is ready. The communication before our departure was really fast, clear and smooth. In the room was everything you need including bathrobe. And the view is same like on the picture TOP!

We loved our stay at Hotel Grand View! Beautiful rooftop views and very good location! The hosts made us feel at home, super friendly and professional. Clean rooms, excellent service and Great Value for money! The breakfast was fabulous with generous local food yummy options, and the coffee was up to standards. I enjoyed my unlimited espressos. The Wifi was working perfectly in every spot and I could resume work remotely without any problems. Highly recommended stay in Tbilisi City! Definitely coming back! Special thanks to Natia and the team, great job!

Great place to stay in Georgia. Hosts were super friendly and everyday during our stay we were surprised with different gifts in our room. They were also very flexible and everyday they have prepared breakfast early as we were doing day trips outside of Tbilisi. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, located on the 13th floor of the block of flats, allowing for a nice view on the whole city. It is also a great location if you are planning to visit Kachetia region, as it’s close to the southern exit of the city. I definitely recommend this place, considering the price the quality was very high.

Minor issues with elevator.

A hotel at top floors with a great terrace and 360 degree view to Tbilisi. The reception was very welcoming. Although we stayed only for a very short time, as our departure flight was scheduled already for the night we arrived, the hotel still felt very comfortable. The hosts were very forthcoming and helped with transportation and suggested restaurants etc. The joint terrace outside the rooms was great place to admire the city view and relax at the end of our trip to Georgia.

A bit hard to find, could have some signage at the front of the building.

the view on the rooftop room is spectacular. nothing is as amazing as this was. The staff were helpful and would communicate very often and assist always. had a welcome wine drink on arrival. again the view is almost 360 of Georgia.

the breakfast is great and homy, made by a lady in the kitchen. however could be more Georgian cultured, they have the normal breakfast, eggs sausages but if they had kachupuri khinkali and the like, would make it more precious. all in all great place.

The apartment have amazing panoramic view. i think its must got first place by panoramic view.

Hm.. i can’t call this place Hotel.. its more hostel or something else.. its in the roof… The bad smooth of …… in hall .. The bad smooth in bathroom….

Staff is awesome and very humble. The service from the staff is loving and view from the room is awesome with big balcony. Breakfast is superb and the lady who makes it is very humble and loving

The Hotel is located on the terrace of an apartment. The Access is not proper with no identification mark for the hotel. Entrance to the apartment is not that nice and looks like an old building. But i would say you can ignore this fact cause the room, view, staff and the breakfast is awesome.
