All.in all our stay was good..great service.and good.food.in the restaurants. Staff was.very helpful.

issues that the hotel had..we had to change rooms.3.times!

this was hard rock hotel panama but pandemic caused the hard rock ownership to leave.....facilities were beyond expectation, room was large, clean and well designed. there is an outlet mall across the street that is mostly abandoned, but were a few stores including a supermarket where we could buy what we needed. Would definately recommend and we will stay there on our next trip to Panama City.

Rooftop restaurant/bar closed for alteration.

We spent the night as a birthday present for my wife - booked a Premium Suite and notified the hotel for a special occasion. The suite was at the 18 floor and was a good experience, large and spacious. The pool deck is nice and boasts a great bar and jacuzzi. Staff is friendly. She received a small cake by the restaurant manager even after official closure for breakfast after I’ve passed the message once more - thank you very much for that !! As our flight back to Europe was delayed next day, we could experience a great afternoon by the pool even after checkout.

The message about the birthday was lost and everyone needed to be reminded about visiting for a special occasion. Checkin staff untrained and very reluctant to grant anything that is not in the norm. Same for the suite, tear and wear is evident and staff doesn’t react - even the bathtub plug was missing and only provided on request („no we don’t do that here - not available“). We felt a bit weird about that. Staff warmed up for checkout. We do speak Spanish and English.

It is a huge hotel with an impressive lobby. All of the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had so many options and it was delicious. Family room was large and very spacious and the view was fantastic. It’s not in the old city but the location is great in that the mall is adjoined and you can get a little shopping in or go the the arcade after all of your sight seeing. We felt like you get to see more of the city driving to different destinations, and Ubers are so inexpensive.

Ice machine was broken on our floor. Called to ask where to get it and they offered to bring it up. After waiting an hour and calling for ice again, it never came. We looked on the 2 floors below, and the ice makers were also not working on those floors. The next day we mentioned it to the service desk and they said they would bring ice up. Nada… we finally realized we would need to get it ourselves at the lobby bar. Not a big deal but just super annoying.

Breakfast was good and room was comfortable . And, the aircondition works very well in the room, not in breakfast buffett hall though.

We stayed in a Family suite on the 19th floor, The main bedroom had an ocean view but living room and the 2nd bedroom had a window they were very dark because the view was blocked by next building's staircase. In addition, the living room's window was too small to let sunshine through. Without room lights, the two rooms were very dark I felt compelled to reassign the room. The bathroom drainage and smell were bothersome. Oh, the bed in 2nd bedroom didn't have headboard, and didn't attach to the wall.

Loved our Family Suite with two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchenette in-between as well as the fantastic views from the main bedroom. The hotel pool and area was amazing with incredible views of Panama City in all directions. The location was central and easily accessible to transportation. There was a fantastic buffet breakfast each morning with lots of options.

The hotel has a 62nd story bar and terrace that was closed so that was a bit disappointing but we still managed to go to the JW Marriot 66th floor bar terrace. Also, the outlet Megapolis Mall attached to the hotel was virtually a ghost town with many stores closed down so that was unfortunate. The hotel was massive and still felt empty in the bar and restaurant areas which would have been fun to meet people. Nevertheless, the pool deck and bar was always busy and had a big dance party on Sunday afternoon which was so much fun!

The stay was very exceptional and the view from the room was quite good. I loved the fact that there were so many things nearby, and the breakfast was also pretty good.

The only problem I had was to check in the hotel. We arrived a little early, so we decided to wait in the lobby. I previously had asked what time early check in time starts, and it was at 2;00pm so we waited a bit, but to no avail they said our room wasn't available and to come back at 3, which is completely understandable considering we arrived early. But when we came back at 3, they said our room still wasn't available. We were really tired considering we had an overnight flight. So, we asked when it would be available, and they said to come back in 15 minutes, so we came back but it still wasn't ready. So, we waited until around 3;45 and then we were finally able to get into our room.

Amazing hotel with everything thinkable in it but it shows the lack of a sponsor (hard rock) my amazing suite with a view had a broken sunbed and the coffee machine was missing, we ask again and again for 3 whole days, the blanket also asked took 2 days to arrive.

location one way on the street to the right has no exit the left side goes to an avenue with fast traffic bridges with fast food and groceries on the other side, there is a pedestrian bridge 50 mts to the right in front of a bus stop, but one night a waitress from the bar in the mall in front the hotel came back crying because she was mug at gunpoint 10pm aprox

Good breakfast, a lot of choices, great pancakes and waffles :). The pool and the views are great, the hotel is very big. Overall, everything is very nice.

Some employees...One of them are great, others are not. So simple. The chief (I think he was the chief) of the restaurant succeeded to get on my nerves every day. He always had something to comment. He was so bossy with everybody, but I am not his employee. On the other hand, other two-three persons were so nice, very nice. But the grey hair chief made me feel like in highschool...like I was wrong all the time. Also, they do not speak EN at all. So, google translate helped me several times.

Breakfast was great and rooms very spacious. Beds were comfortable

Check In was tedious and the formalities took forever. First I arrived early (my fault) and I was offerd to leave my luggage. However, no explanation were to go in the meantime (pool/gym/shopping or else). Wrong info about options to shop/eat outside - The staff seemed not to know the surroundings. 2 of the elevators did not work properly - 1 would not accept my room card and the second one would not close the doors.
