The staff is wonderful, very helpful, pleasant and thoughtful. At check-in, the weather was bad, and I had a few pieces of luggage so they kindly provided a room with a short walk, and close to parking. Love that they also allow pets. I have stayed before with my dog.

Overall my stay was excellent. The property and building need exterior maintenance work, but my room and bathroom were what I expected. Comfortable and clean.

Its an older building that could use a little more maintenance like paint etc. But the rooms were really clean and the staff are friendly. It has a lot of food and shopping in the immediate area. Real quiet area and close to Wildwood and Cape May and the Parkway is right at the door.

I liked how it was affordable on a weekday night considering its amenities and distance to the beach.

I didn’t like how the pool opened at 11 am because my checkout was at 10 am. The pool should open earlier for those who arrive to the premises later the night before their checkout.

Location, cleanliness and staff.

The low water pressure, poor wifi connection, very slow internet, no microwave in room. Wish pool opened earlier than noon.

Location is outstanding, just a few minutes from Wildwood and/or Cape May. Shop Rite supermarket and many fast food restaurants nearby. Pool was still open.

Vending machine took my money and kept it without dispensing the product I had paid for. A minor annoyance, but still an annoyance.

Property is well kept and maintained by all Employees from what i observed.

A couple shady characters but that happens at any hotel motel you stay at, for the area it’s in; they do a great job keeping trash out

Great location and price. We enjoyed the pool. The room was very clean. It was within walking distance of a great Diner we went for breakfast. Close to the shore but didn't have to pay shore prices. Staff was friendly.

Grounds were well maintained. Many picnic tables and areas. The pool area “looked” nice. We arrived after it was closed and left in the morning. Pool oddly only opens at noon.

Pool hours. Why could it not open at 9am? Check out time is 10am. The staff were knocking on the door at 10:01.

For the price it was perfect!

I did find a dusty Gatorade bottle under the bed, but you get what you pay for and the PRICE IS RIGHT... I didn't expect it to be spotless, just comfortable and clean enough and it was

On the day we checked in a very rude plumber came in and was not very professional. He wanted immediate attention ahead of us guests. The front desk person did pay attention to us but it was not 100%, I almost left and did not stay. The front desk manager did apologize but it was very uncomfortable. Hoping that does not happen often. The room would have been better but the shower head was loose and there was no additional safety lock on the front door. Other than that it was nice.
