The location was ideal for me, being close to my friend's home and her place of work which was really convenient. Also, the hotel is right next to a large shopping centre/mall which was also a huge bonus for me since I did need to purchase some items from there - which I did. The room was spacious, bed was large, bathroom was ideal (with hot water on demand). The gym was great I made use of it each day and as a super bonus, it had some weighing scales too which was perfect. Nice bonus that there was a mini-shop at reception for snacks and drinks.

The breakfast was okay, and various options each day but the omlettes and scrambled eggs seemed to be made from powdered rather than fresh eggs. Not a huge issue, since the breakfast was included in the price/free and it was very convenient for me. There was fresh fruit, and other options too so it was fine, really.

Everything! Check out time is awesome! Real meat on the food bar, and grits! Also the other choices are great! The pool was clean and well stocked with fresh towels. The room was well equipped with all the comforts of home. Great location.

Check in time is at 3, but should be at 12. And the price of the snacks at the front desk are brutal. I will bring my own next time.

Convenient area. Lots of parking nice lobby and plenty of snacks available to purchase. Nice they had a bar. Liked the soaps,shampoo. TV was nice and large and central in the room. Liked the blinds on the window, light in day, privacy, dark at night. Kitchen facilities were nice. Liked ease of walk in shower. Enjoyed coffee and tea 24-7 in lobby. And cream! That's a bonus! Breakfast was good, nice variety. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend your hotel and would stay here again!

Loved the front lobby, though no pool sticks for the pool table. Still, very nice. Loved the pull out table in the room, big fan of that amenity. Also having silverware and a fridge, heck yeah.

Bed in the room wasn't very comfy. Wasn't thrilled with the drape partitions, felt like I was in a damned ER.

Had to ask for housekeeping which wasn’t a problem but they only provided us with 4 towels and 2 rolls of TP for a 5 night stay. Bathroom didn’t have a fan so mirrors fogged up. Breakfast was decent but they shut it down early while still getting food.

Great location and I appreciate the extra safety feature having to use your key card to activate the elevator. Also the bed was amazingly comfortable, especially considering I just drove for eleven straight hours AND I have a bad back! Also they’re pet friendly and my little four pound poodle travel companion was with me! Did I mention the awesome tasting coffee yet??? I actually grabbed a cup to go and took a drink as I was leaving and quickly circled the parking lot and grabbed another!

Had a leak somewhere in restroom and shampoo bottle was empty in shower. A little too expensive. Confusing with two hotels attached.

Rooms were large clean staff was friendly felt very comfortable there. Would definitely book there again next time I bisiy

Everything was great! I would stay here again. The rooms are spacious & clean. Bathrooms need better ventilation though. They have a nice breakfast spread.
