The bungalow was very comfortable for a family of 4. We had everything that we needed, you can sit on the patio, park your car in front of your bungalow. Lovely swimming pool and slides , great playground for kids , location is amazing, if you have a car you can get to the shopping centre in 8 min . A wide variety of restaurants nearby , IT Italian restaurant especially and Royal China buffet. We liked everything about our stay, The place is great if you want to visit Disneyland and Paris as we did.

Remember to bring your own toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid, bin bags as the place only provides the starter kit.

I like the fact that the accommodation and the camp were clean and comfortable. It was good value for money.

I don't like the breakfast. The money charged for that was not worth what you receive - croissants and baguettes. I was expecting a cooked meal but guessed I should have asked before paying for breakfast. I also didn't like the camp team putting just 2 toilet rolls in the accommodation for 5 people, no extra bin bag, and tiny washing up liquid for 4 nights. I had to go ask for more toilet rolls and bin bags as we had to clean up ourselves. Communication could have been better while checking in that they are complimentary, and one needs to get more items so that you're prepared when you go out shopping to get more .

We were puzzled by we had to take our rubbish away. It should be the cleaner job to do.

We didn't have enough towels and we had to ask for it 2 days by the time we got them. Nobody was supervising the slides and zhe kids just kept on going down without waiting for the light turn green I went down with my daughter and half way down 2 boys came rushing after us and we got kicked in the back. Nobody cared about health and safety. Othwr families were angry and worried abiut their kids wellbeing.

Family cabins ( 3 bedrooms ) were very comfortable & large for 6 people. Site was very safe Pool & slides were fantastic & lifeguards available Very quiet at night time Good restaurant & bar

Only thing that was inconvenient was local bus ( nothing to do with camp site) but we travelled as a large group & had to rely on Uber for transport. Campsite should consider restarting the shuttle bus.

We stayed as a family and travelled to Disney land Paris, our accommodation was clean, well equipped and plenty of room, jacuzzi was a bonus

Lovely accommodation. It was very clean and well equipped. I had read some reviews about this campsite that were not good but to be fair, there seem to be many different types of accommodation - and some seemed to be privately owned. Booking through Booking.com we had no problems and we were delighted with our accommodation and the staff. The pool was fantastic and they had opened the water slides earlier than advertised so the kids were delighted. Really good playground too. Easy access to Paris and Disneyland. You would need a car to get around from here.

Some of the other homes were in bad repair but the campsite seem to be doing their best to reinvent themselves and in my opinion they’re doing a good job.

The property is as listed. They are small trailors with a separate sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom. There are radiators in each room for the winter months and the beds have soft cot materresses. The gronds are quiet, we walked our dogs day and night without issues. The check in process was swift and easy. They gave all the details needed duringour stay. The town in the area is also quiet, there were a few shops on the back road. It is near a large shopping mall called Bay2 , which has a large supermarket and everything else you may need. The pool and mini golf area were under renovation at the time we stayed, but it looks like it will be awesome in spring/summer. Also note that I took 2 bolts back and forth from Paris city center without issues of picking up / dropping off (about 48EU) Definately a family friendly place. Plenty of parking in front of your trailor. Quiet roads and neighborhood.

Due to the winter temps, the water was a bit cold or super hot, it was hard to find that "sweet spot", due to the gas heater and low pressure (which is understandable). There were no other issues nor things I would change about the establishment. Overall an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The location was perfect Little retail area for emergency items Swimming pool was great for the kids.

Clean, warm, has everything you need including coffee maker. Heaters are very good to keep the unit warm all day. Very quiet area, and nice play area for kids. This is a comfortable camping experience, not a hotel so don't expect 24 hours front desk. Office hours from 8:30 am to 6 pm. It's close to CD airport about 25 min by car. Bolt is good option. Disney land is 20 min by car but you can take two buses from the camp to the bus station then Disney land. Very easy and cost effective. The staff was very nice and helpful and check in and out was easy and deposit was returned immediately. It is a better place in summer...

The space can have much more activities in the winter. As the pool is closed now there is nothing, but the space can be good place for winter activities like fire camp in evening and scavenger hunt and many more....

Very friendly staff that made the effort. They arranged little gifts for our daughter's birthdays which was a lovely touch. The staff were happy to answer questions and gave us more information about the best form of transport to get around. Very accommodating at getting us into our lodge early as we arrived earlier than check in time. Restaurant food was lovely, tried the fries, caeser salad, burgers and panini whilst there. Good portion sizes. Pool was great and waterslides for the children. Good security for pool side with gate lock so little ones cannot easily get out. Park was good. Being able to get fresh bread and milk from the onsite shop, although there could be more choices. Lodges were adequate and had utensils etc that were needed. Good balcony space with added touch of table and chairs so you can sit outside to eat or sit and relax on an evening. Felt relaxed.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. There were no signs or information about being able to change towels. No entertainment for an evening. Little activities for the children. Very few sun loungers around the pool.
