Location, price, clean and comfortable! Pool was really nice too. Lots of places to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Air conditioner was a bit too noisy! Last night there was a new person came in next to us,they kept opening and closing their doors for over a hour approximately around 8:30pm Even after 9:45 pm. With Kids. But it was annoying! Also children wanted to enter the pool without a parent, I was not going to be responsible for 4 children so I suggested they ask the front desk if they could be there without a parent! The front desk said no so the kids left! I wish the front desk would stager rooms, like every other room active, keep kids and parents together, and let the couples be away from parents with kids, hey we raised our kids and want a little piece and quite when we are on a getaway!

The room was. Wry nice. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the room was cool. I loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The room was big with a king bed and sitting area. It was quiet.

Nothing really except I wasn’t that crazy about the breakfast and I didn’t like the fact they charged a prior authorization for the room which they said I’d get back but still I wasn’t expecting that. I also wanted to wash clothes and they wanted to change. I didn’t like that. But all in all a great stay.

I liked that they had a pool that was open, the rooms were clean though they needed updating and some remodeling done. The pool was suprising warmer than I thought when we used it.

The pool had a greenish hue to it. Some Ironout for pools would do the trick. The bathroom had a rusty spot on the wall next to the tub. Looked like water goes down that wall a lot and is causing this. I found a single hair on the couch in near the bed and the couch looked a bit dirty.

the breakfast spread was very good and had a variety. I liked that there was a fridge in the room. for just a one night stay, it was sufficient for my family and me. The location was good next to a few places to eat. we stayed to go to The Ark Encounter which wasa 30 minute drive.

the room was clean, but you could tell it needed some work. there was a car freshener hooked onto the air conditioner which seemed outdated. the bath tub was clean but had a lot of scuffs and knicks in it. I would have liked to have a mirror in the room. the only one was in the bathroom.

The hotel & room were clean. The best part of our stay was the front desk person. I didn't get her name, but she was there when we checked in that night & again when we checked out in the morning. She does her job well, is friendly, and gives superb customer service.

Our only issue is there was no stopper in the bathtub in order to take a bath. We had to use a washcloth as a stopper.

Breakfast was good.

The coffee was like mud. The lady said she had just made a new batch. She said it comes in a box so she can’t help how it comes out. We had to go next door to the Waffle House and spend $5.40 for coffee. Also we changed rooms 3 times because the room wasn’t ready. I would think the front desk should be informed when rooms are ready.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, it was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage bread, apples, yogurt, cereal and waffles. Pool was very nice.

The only problem we had was one of the mattresses had a significant dip in it which made it impossible to sleep on. We were given the room directly below in exchange.

The breakfast was better than most. We really enjoyed the biscuits. Kim, at the front desk, was courteous and very helpful. We arrived before check-in time but were able to get our room early when I explained to Kim that my wife was not feeling well.

There was many vehicles for roofing company employees staying at the hotel some of them were inoperable, one even had 2 flat tires and was being used for empty tar pails and broken construction equipment.

Clean rooms with a descent amount of space. Super nice staff.

The variation in price for the room throughout the stay. The pool water looked merky. Some trim around the A.C. unit was missing. Loud people talking outside late at night.

Friendliness of all staff members. Upon check-in we found our room was already occupied. The staff upgraded our room due to the minor mix-up. Sometimes things happen and we must be patient and not over react. Unfortunately, we slept in and missed the breakfast each day we were there.
