The room was nicely furnished. TV was excellent. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and the bathroom well provisioned. The breakfast was great, I didn’t expect scrambled eggs and sausage but they were there and that was great. The dog walking area did not have any bags but I carry my own, some folks don’t though. The only reason I marked comfort down was the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable (lumpy) but I was able to sleep well. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay again.

They recently remodeled so it was still fresh and modernized designs. Friendly staff conveniently located for my purposes. Pretty good breakfast for the price of the room. Quiet at least the first night.

The second and third night was noisy due to new check ins letting the outside door slam shut. The staff said this had happened before and they were working on a remedy.

The front desk lady was really nice. The whole place was spotless. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was big and shower spacious. There was real half and half for the coffee. Overall a very good place.

The ice machine in the hallway was noisy. The chairs in the lounge were not the most comfortable.

Staff was unbelievably friendly! And organized and positive. Room was clean and modern. Pool was clean and refreshing. Workout room had excellent high quality equipment. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, yogurt and waffles. Common areas were clean bright a d modern. Staff brought me a blow dryer in about 90 seconds!

More fresh fruit at breakfast?

The room was very good: clean, comfortable, simple. The breakfast was perfect. Definitely better than some other places we were lately. Location of the hotel is very good - not much traffic in the area.

Our room was noisy and there were two reasons: vending machine close to our room and a dog at one of the neigbouring room. When we made a reservation there were no words about a pool being under construction. The pool was one of the reasons we choose this hotel

Room was very clean and looked great. The room was spacious and updated. The front desk employee was absolutely amazing. She made our stay wonderful with how welcoming and friendly she was. I would come back just because of her!

The staff was very helpful when I checked in quite late and had to make some changes to my reservation. The room was well prepared and very clean.

The back rooms on the property are very close to the interstate so the rooms can be bit noisy at night with truck traffic.

I wanted to give them a great rating all the way through but that wouldn't be right. For they are under taking a major renovation and there was some things been though it's the contractors job to keep clean was in the hallway the staff should do a walk though and make sure. Also our room was like brand new so new that they had left the window open and we had a couple leaves on the floor. No big deal but the heat was on and window open a another over look on the staffs part but the check in was great I would recommend staying here.

No elevator

The property was in very close proximity to restaurants and entertainment.

The property itself, around the hotel was quite unkempt. They are obviously undergoing renovations, but I almost wish they could shut down while they get the hallways finished. While walking my dog through the hallway, there were a couple razor blades that had obviously come out of a work knife used by the workers doing the renovations. And while our hotel door was shut, we could still hear every little noise in the hallway all through the night and evening. I think this was just due to the fact that the doors hadn’t been completely finished yet. So that part was disappointing. The room itself was beautiful and everything in it brand new.

Recent improvements are very nice. New clean, remodeled rooms and bathrooms

Nice property attracts an unsavory element. Drunk guests roaming and yelling in the halls all night. Slamming doors, constant screaming of obscenities and running up and down the halls. Ice machine in hallway is extremely load and people were getting us all night. I was awakened 4 times at least by the ice machine noise. Who keeps getting ice at 2,3 & 4 in the am.
