Microtel Inn Georgetown - Lexington North

I loves the room I stayed in. It was very clean and well.kept. The hotel staff was also very nice, professional, and accommodating! The continental breakfast was phenomenal too! I actually learned how to cook.waffels for the first time! I would definitely visit the hotel again!

Everything was phenomenal! I have no complaints! I only wish that I could have stayed longet!

I have stayed here three times in the last year. It is always clean and comfortable. I ask for my same room and they accomodate me so I feel like it is my home away from home when I travel. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

There were two occasions on this last visit when I came back after a long day of sightseeing and found the maids had cleaned my bathroom but had not made the bed. Granted, it may be a small thing, but when you are hot and tired, you kind of want to be spoiled ad come back to a fresh, clean, crisp bed. I also was not comfrtable with the maids bringing their children with them into the rooms when they were cleaning. I spoke to the manager and he was excellent with my concern. I explained I was worried the maids might be fored and he said no, he would work with them to make sure they performed their job thoroughly. The staff here is always so nice. Even with this hiccup, this is still the hotel I will always be happy to stay at.

The breakfast was average for a moderate motel. Small dining area, cereal, microwaveable sandwiches, waffle-maker, etc. Average quality coffee and juices, too. Very kind woman at check-in, OK guy at check-out. Carpet in hallway by elevator on upper floors was very dirty and affected the way the place looked, and both entry doors could use a vigorous scrubbing. Not a good "welcome sign" upon arrival. Good location with plenty of eateries nearby and easy on/off the interstate.

Easy-to-find location, although Booking.com's clickable-link to its location in Georgetown simply led us to the center of town. NOT a helpful thing! Very spare room, but all you need really for a stop along the way when you're a traveler.

Room was very clean, we stayed 4 nights. Each day while we were gone our bed was remade and trash taken away etc. We were very pleased with our room. The breakfast was good, I made waffles in the machine and it was yummy! Fresh fruit and other things were there also. Front lady at the desk during our stay was very friendly and helpful. I believe her name started with a F. Parking lot was lit up . Most important for us was if the air worked and it did. Pillows were full and comfortable too. Not flat ! Water in shower and pressure was good.

Husband said he wish there was a fan in bathroom .... so mirrors didnt fog up. Bathroom needed a few more hooks to hang towels back up on, other than that everything was good!

Staff was very friendly, room was acceptable for the price we paid.

Floor in bathroom was not clean. Had sticky stuff on the tile.. needs a good deep cleaning. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. Room did not have a microwave which was disappointing! Our key card hardly worked and we had to insert the card several times to get it to unlock every time we went into the room. All things that can be fixed pretty easily!

The housekeeper for our room could not have been nicer and professional and efficient. She was pleasant each morning and quickly responded to any question or request we made. It is a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and positive attitude. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Speaking upon our arrival each day. Apparently the owner is doing his best to upgrade and take care of his property. They were doing some painting during our stay.

Did not eat the breakfast. My morning coffee needs cream and I was a bit surprised and "put off" that the only thing available was a carton of 2% milk in the refrigerator. I know it is not a "fancy" hotel, but surely adding cream to the menu is not too costly. Also, it would have been nice to have coffee available through out the day.

The staff was great. The room was lovely and clean. The continental breakfast was even pretty good.

I didn't dislike anything! The whole experience was wonderful!

Friendly service. Good breakfast facilities. We could get coffee when we needed it. The room was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable. It had a cute window nook. It was very close to a Ramen place, which we enjoyed.

The only small thing was that our tub faucet was leaking.

The room was very nice and clean. The lady that checked me in was very nice and also the lady checked me out was very nice. The free breakfast was delicious.

nothing that I did not like. Just maybe a suggestion maybe have coffee available all the time. it’s a suggested not a complaint

I travel on business quite a lot around the world. I haven´t had so well maintained room every day as in Microtel.

Some of the receptionist looked bored and I didn´t have a feeling that I was a guest.
