The owner or manager, Giovanni, was extremely helpful and communicative with Whatsapp, and was very accomodating even when I wasn't responsive to messages. I arrived later than their scheduled checkin without warning them and he was very accomodating and had a staff member to meet me and show me my room and the facilities. They were very proactive on Whatsapp making local recommendations and helping me with taxis. Excellent customer service, thankyou, and I apologise for not communicating properly!

The staff are very communicative and helpful. They were brilliant! They meet you at the property to let you in so be sure to give an accurate arrival time. They gave us lots of great local recommendations for food and things to see. The breakfast was wonderful and lots to choose from. Our room was up two flights of stairs with no lift, so keep this in mind if that is a problem for you. There is one room per floor so the bathroom is private to you, just outside of your door. It works just fine! The room was great, very clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The balcony even has a little lime to hang your wet clothes on to dry. The location is great - only a couple of minutes from the start of the main street, but tucked away in a backstreet so it's very quiet at night. Ideal! I highly recommend staying here with these lovely, welcoming hosts.

The two hosts are really nice and were always quick to help and accommodate our needs. The room was nice, clean and simple, even with a small balcony to dry out our bikinis after the beach.

It wasn't a problem but just to note that the bathroom is outside the bedroom. That being said, it's very convenient as it's literally just outside the bedroom door, on the same landing, so it is a private bathroom.

Location was in a quiet part of the town and we were the only guests. Cold water available and free coffee/tea was appreciated.

A bit pricey for just a room but overall it's an expensive town. The accommodation was fine for us though it's older and could use some upgrades. Everything was fine for us, but narrow stairs so not suitable for people with mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Giovanni and Roberto were very kind hosts. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The decoration was fun and not like something we've stayed before. The location is perfect to visit the Taormina center.

I would have preferred if the bathroom was in the room. You do get your own bathroom and noone else uses it but sometimes it is a bit inconvenient to go out the room and have to lock the bathroom. But this is a small detail in case you want alot of privacy.

The apartment was in a great location, central but still quiet. The hosts were great to deal with and there communications made accessing the property easy. Kitchens facilities were good as was the air conditioning in the room.

I enjoyed the property and the location and for me there were no dislikes.

I would strongly advise to stay at least 2 days in Taormina the city is so good and has a nice beach. You can't drive through the town but there is a main car park Catania Carpark 5 min walking from the B&B. The B&B has a really nice vibe. The host is the best person ever, so helpful and made us a such nice breakfast. My room was at the second floor very clean, good size with a balcony with a little sea view. Toilet is just outside next door but private. Great shower and all clean. Located in the central area but was quite during the night so no issues to sleep.

Nothing to complain and I will definitely stay here again.

First, Giovanni is very very friendly and resource full...Excellent person. For example, part of our family stayed in nearby room, but it was a bit complex to arrive with the car. Giovanni suggested that he will drive before me, I followed and he brought me to my family. Also, my family got relatively poor breakfast at the room they stay. We had a wonderful breakfast and Giovanni provided great service. He suggested that my family will join the breakfast at our room !! He is good person to be with and help us much with suggestions that made our trip to Taormina wonderful

Good location, parking garage nearby, just a 5 min walk (slightly upfill) Clean room, good AC. Bed comfortable, pillows a bit thick. The host Giovanni is doing everything to make you feel at home.

It's a 5 min walk uphill, can be hot in summer with (heavy) luggage. The entrance and rooms are only accessible through 2 stairs. Bathroom is a bit dated with a small shower.

The place was very clean. Our room situated on the 1st floor, was good size with a little balcony. Private Bathroom just outside our room. Good Selection of tea and a little fridge available in the room. Giovanni the host is fantastic. So helpful, friendly and professional. He had a great tips for transport, restaurants and things to visit. Location was OK, near Porta Catania (city centre).
