It was clean and staff was always around to help. The pool area was nice with what seemed to be noise canceling panels on the ceiling since it wasn’t as noisy as most pool rooms. I appreciate that as my grandkids love to swim!

I don’t like the lack of closet, luggage rack or more drawers for our stuff. We had a suite for 5 people. Two beds and a seating area with pullout sofa but only 2 drawers and 4or 5 pegs on the wall to hang stuff. If we had been staying more than a few days it would have been cluttered to keep our stuff sorted.

Exceptionally clean. No shortcuts observed. I saw a maid on her hands and knees washing the floor in a room. My room (King bed) had a table with two chairs, a sitting area with a couch and a little desk. The front desk staff was exceptional. The gal gave me ideas of things to do in Bismarck and places to eat. I went on a riverboat tour as a result of her suggestion. Also, the desk stored ice packs for me in their freezer. I had more ice packs than my refrigerator in the room would hold

The pillows were a foot tall. My neck doesn’t even bend that way. Ended up using a towel for a pillow. Lesson learned is to bring my own pillow. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such giant pillows. The breakfast I would rate a B-. There were packaged main dish choices. I would have loved to see scrambled eggs, meat choice, sausage and gravy. There was no whole wheat bread. I would like that added to their choices. The coffee ran out. I asked someone to make more. I think staff should check on the food area every 15 minutes.

Love, love, love the bed! And the room was large and very comfortable! Only down sides, the noise from the room above us. There was obviously a young child and we could hear the running back and forth was quite loud. And the TV volume, we could hardly hear it and could not get it any louder. Both small issues. And we would most definitely stay again. If I could have figured out a way to take the bed with me I would have! Haha

The property itself is in a great location. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. Loved hanging out in lounge/common area. Our room was clean, beds are super comfortable, and it had all the conveniences a person needed.

The only thing that needs some work is the breakfast. There is no hot food and the breakfast sandwiches are not that good. The cereal is ok and I don't mind eating yogurt. I do however appreciate the juice, coffee and toast.

Great place. Pool/hot tub were nice. Good size for both. Room was clean and nice. The bed was super comfy and the couch was nice as well. The breakfast was the best one I've had. There were sandwiches, burritos, waffles, cereal, toast, eggs and yogurt plus more. Thy had coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate. There was a good amount of seating plus area of games so kids could play. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar with blackjack table and eMachines but we stayed on a Sunday so they were not available but still looked nice.

There was a kid birthday party in the pool area before we came and they put a lot of crumbs and candy wrappers in the pool. So that was a little dirty but not the hotel staff fault. Nothing else negative. It was quiet, felt safe and great overall experience.

The location was great! The beds were super comfy, the lounge/bar area was fun, and the employees were awesome! Breakfast was on point, the pool area was well maintained and clean. It was worth the money!

The only thing that was a challenge was finding a good parking spot. Some people (which is out of the hotels hands) almost took two parking spots but we survived. It wasn't a huge deal. Not much to complain about!

Easy check-in: Gayla was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and we liked the furniture, especially the armoire. The lighting was excellent, there were six lights. Having the outlets built into the lights and alarm clock was very helpful. The bathroom with the walk-in shower was very nice. This was the first time we ever stayed at Expressway Suites, and we wish they had other locations. The hotel was nicely decorated, and I was sorry that I did not get the opportunity to use the pool.

Our only wish was that the toilet would be higher.

From check-in to check-out staff members always acknowledged me and offered a friendly greeting. I requested a quiet room and was offered a top floor, corner room, which isolated me from a lot of activity. Nice that they were able to accommodate a simple request. Plus I was right across the hall from the stairway for easy access. Breakfast options were suitable for a quick repast. If you want more options there's a Perkins right next door, easy to walk over to.

Access to the parking lot is from either the cross-streets to the east or west of the Expressway. Not a big deal as they probably had no other option from the city.

The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast attendant, she was a hoot.

Only minor things that we felt could be improved were that they may want to either bleach or replace their towels as they were a bit dingey and could smell better and that they should add a few things like bagels to their breakfast.

Large room. Couch and recliner + king size bed. Fridge, microwave, TV, quiet AC, lots of parking. Breakfast was egg sandwiches with bacon or sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices and hot drinks. They printed some documents I needed. Indoor small Pool and hot tub. Note that the Everspring Suites is separate from the Everspring Inn next door.

Minor: Pillows were large and firm.
