The property was in a nice location at the end of the street surrounded by other hotels. Location is also walking distance to eateries and shops near by. Check in was easy and detailed. The room was nicely decorated and spacious with a regular size refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The king size bed was super comfortable which was a plus. Hotel does offer continental breakfast thats good in my opinion and a pool. Parking is for 1 car inside a secured two story garage that was a close walking distance to the hotel. A parking pass is required so it’s best to check in first before entering and cost $10 per day. There is a random house between the hotel and parking but I still felt safe and comfortable walking. There is limited street parking and from my understanding by the front desk clerk a parking pass is required so keep that in mind. Also double check with the front desk if you have more than 1 car at check in.

The uncertainty about the street parking rules.

The room I got was big and spacious with loads of great natural lighting from the windows. I didn't like that they charge for parking and automatically just take it out of your deposit. The breakfast as also decent, a little more variety would be nice, like an oatmeal option added as well. If you're plant based or aren't eating meat or dairy for whatever the reason is, they don't have any breakfast options to accommodate that, and I chose a hotel with free breakfast so at least thats one meal I didn't have to worry about while at my visit in LA. Overall though, it was a good experience, the hotel is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. The parking/drop off situation in the front is a little complicated but its manageable, it was just annoying to deal with, when there's so many cars parked there and a lot of vehicles doing a U-turn right infront of the hotel entrance because the road is permanently closed.

No variety for breakfast, at least add oatmeal because I can't eat dairy or meat or wheat for medical reasons and there was not much options for me except for juice and fruit.

The rooms are spacious. I had a 2 queen room, bottom floor facing the pool. The room had a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a McDonald's down the street and other choices as well. Breakfast is available. There is a parking lot 2 buildings down that is shared with the hotel on the corner. $10 per night. It's a 10 -15 minute drive from LAX.

The street that the hotel is located on is a little sketchy and dimly light. It's located at the end of a cul-de-sac Vending machine choices are limited Breakfast ends to early.

Everything was extremely clean, a bit old perhaps but in good condition. The staff were fantastic. I had a problem with my heater and the receptionist checked them moved me to obit away to another room. I lost something and the cleaning staff were wonderful about helping me find it. There is a good breakfast included, with toast, coffee etc, fruit and hot options. It was a family place so the vibe was relaxed and safe. It’s only a five minute walk to the metro station and you only go one stop because at the next station there is a free shuttle to LAX so it’s a good place to stay before a flight. It took me about half an hour to get to the airport door to door.

There was a huge fridge in my room that made a lot of noise through the night. Could be time to update that appliance! The shower was just ok, the water wasn’t too hot and not much pressure.

Amazingly clean inside and out. Private parking in their garage $10 a night. Easy check-in. My apologies for not remembering staff names. Both the night and day desk clerks were amazing. Hooked us up with the best local pizza place. Rooms were squeaky clean under and on top of everything. Vending machines are full and working properly. Housekeeping is very nice like everyone. The pool was crystal clear, but it was a little too chilly to swim. Parking has an access code with sliding gated door for car entry and on foot access so people can't just walk in. It's tucked out of the way off a main street, but it's quiet, well lighted, clean, and we felt quite safe. Will stay again on our next trip out.

At first I thought I made a mistake. sharing a parking garage with 4 hotels. Down the road from LAX airport. I thought this was going to be bad. It was actually quite nice. Don't hang around outside after dark, stay in your room and swim or whatever. The room was very quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was really nice.

The area is a little rough if you're 2 older single women who don't travel much. But at our age we don't need to be outside after 10:00pm anyway. I didn't like that the parking garage was so far away. That's it.

I got the suite with a king bed. The room was spacious, loaded with amenities such as a refrigerator, a microwave oven and stove, iron, an iron board, and a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. I also liked that the room came with a loveseat and chase. Breakfast was really good. It's a buffet.You have a choice of getting eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, milk - 2% or whole, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and various types of pastries. It is complimentary with each stay. Staff was really nice. Great value for what I paid.

The TV was quite small. It is an HD TV, not a smart tv. Parking is not free. It's $10 additional per day.

The staff was super kind and friendly! They recommended a couple of places to eat nearby and they did not fail. The Mexican food was bomb! I would definitely stay here again should I visit the LAX area in the near future. 10 out of 10 experience! A must book!

The internet was a little spotty. We were on the other side of the hotel across the pool.

Nothing I didn't like, it did have a budget hotel feel, built some decades ago. In terms of feedback, as a hotelier myself one thing I would encourage the owners to do is ditch the cardboard plates and cheap plastic knives and forks, a false economy which is unpleasant to use - and wasteful

This place had good hot and cold breakfast options. Eggs, sausage, you can make your own waffles and they have a toaster for your bread and english muffins. I recommend getting there early to beat the line. The pool was clean. The rooms are big and have a refrigerator which came in handy since we stayed for a week and stocked up on water and snacks. Parking is included and they give you a code to ensure only guest can enter the lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is not a far drive from the attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Just a heads up you may see some homeless or sketchy people around the area. But then again they are everywhere in LA even in the nice areas. We didn't encounter any problems with them and they never bothered us. Otherwise the hotel itself offers a good value for the cost and and had everything we needed. We would come back to stay here.
