Very welcoming host, clean and styled rooms and common areas, friendly and easy going atmosphere all around, very convenient for a stop from the motorway, with option to dine in to make the stop as simple as possible

it's a very quiet area, you just have to be aware that there's nothing to visit or shop at walking distance, but this is why you have the option to have dinner at the place, on top of the breakfast. we enjoyed the dinner, again be aware that the menu choice is limited

The location is PERFECT, not far from the highway yet in a world of calm and green environments. Everything is tended to with love and care, you see that the owners really put their heart and soul in it 😊 The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds super comfortable, the food is AMAZING (so is the impressive variety of special beers - I had an alcohol free one that actually tasted better than most regular ones) and the owners are so friendly. We will definitely come back 😊

L’Etap’Corteline serves a very nice buffet breakfast of pastries, bread, jam, meat, cheese, fruit, and yogurt. There are two easy-to-use coffee machines for making an espresso or a longer coffee, milk, a kettle, and selection of tea bags. This was our second stay, and we will return in future. Bruno and Laure are excellent hosts who make us feel at home. The B&B is in a lovely old building, immaculately clean, and updated with all modern comforts. There is plenty of secure parking, and easy access to the autoroute.

We liked everything!

The premises are set in their own grounds with lawns and large pond. The village is a must for a stroll around. Oak beams and American diner, you have to see it.

If, like us, you want to visit town then an Uber is easy to use and cost an average of €15 each way. We were recommended a restaurant by the proprietor and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

An unusual stopover location which we really enjoyed. We were impressed with the view of the owners house , grounds and our accommodation which was decorated to a high standard , American style. The hosts were a very friendly, relaxed and helpful couple. We loved meeting their little dog Romeo in the morning. Seeing their rabbits free roaming the gardens was lovely. The car and our bikes felt very secure , there are gates which are locked unless you need to leave. The town was lovely and definitely worth a visit. Vibrant at night.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. We were disappointed that the owners American Diner was closed on the night we stayed but Bruno recommended a fabulous restaurant in the town. Bruno & his partner were having their night off which we totally understand.

We were looking for a nice overnight during our travel to the next destination. Our stay at L'ETAP was perfect. We checked in very late, but this was no problem. There was also private parking so we did not need to unpack the car. Room, breakfast and host were perfect!

We needed an overnight stop and the L’Etap ‘Corteline was within easy reach of the A6, just 5 minutes away. The host was very friendly and polite. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy. Would definitely recommend and would use again when in the area.

Quirky themed B&B, great host with good English and sense of humour. There was free on site parking, a good breakfast spread, and the room was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower! Every where you look in this B&B there is something to see. Would stay again if in the area.

Personal preference would always be for the bathroom to have a door and this was a curtain, but wouldn't stop us staying again!

Laure and Bruno were great hosts and we enjoyed a lovely overnight stop here on our way across France. Excellent food and chances to taste local beer and wine. Hope we get to go back.

Beautiful house and large, stylish room for 3. Bruno could not do enough to help but also left us to enjoy the peace and freedom of the lovely house. Visit from the family dog was a lovely bonus too. Restaurant wasn't open so we ate before checking in. Even on a Sunday afternoon we managed to find food in the town (a few km away). Bruno opened the bar opened for us to buy a bottle of wine and plenty of options to sit in garden and relax.
