Excellent hosts in a location that couldn’t be beat, walking distance to great sights, great restaurants, etc. Car parking was a real bonus. Our hosts had great suggestions for our visit and were spot on with the best restaurants. Breakfasts were delicious.

Everything was lovely about this B&B. The hosts were welcoming and as a solo traveler made sure I was safe. The location was wonderful, right at the base of the wall. And the breakfast was so delicious. Thank you!

Nothing

The hosts François and Martin were delightful and entirely attentive to their guests. The rooftop breakfast of crepes and tropical fruits with a very good coffee, and under a canopy overlooking the rooftops of the old city, was amazing. The hosts' entirely amusing dog (in that part of the house) was a wonderful addition. Highly, highly recommended!

This is not a dislike, merely practically informative. This gite has an unusual location at the bottom of a cliff separating the lower part of the Old City (Vieux Port) from the upper part. Vehicle access is through a very narrow back alley, which is where the Gite has parking spaces. Your Google Maps will get you there - know that it is quite far along this alley. Pedestrian access can be a shorter route from the other end of the same alley.

Central location to get all around Old Quebec City. Very nice accommodations. We took the room facing the alley. The other room was above a restaurant that would not have been as quiet. The hosts were very nice. The breakfast they prepared were excellent. Martin and Francois had excellent recommendations for what to do during our stay.

The only downside was there is a shared bathroom, however we knew this when we booked, so there was no surprises.

We loved the coyness of the place, Francois & Martin were exceptional individual, the proximity to many restaurants and the old town was pleasant, the Breakfasts were delightful, much better in my opinion than a large impersonal hotel.

The breakfast was awesome. Ate a new kind of omelette that was amazing. Fresh fruit

There were a few festivals going on in Quebec City near the location, all public parkings near the area were full. I had to go around for 45 min to find parking for my truck. But this has nothing to do with the b&b itself. The owner helped me find a parking suitable for my vehicle and guided me himself to get there ! Very good service

Conveniently located within walking distance of most of the attractions in Quebec City.

The only complaint was noise at night for a brief time from restaurant/bar at street level.

The hosts were very courteous and helpful. Very good transmission of places to visit and restaurant to go. Real good breakfast services.

We really loved our stay. François and Martin were very welcoming and kind hearted. The breakfast was the best we have had, it was super delicious and very healthy, homemade with love. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect, right at the center of downtown. Most of all, the hosts made our stay in Quebec city all the very special. And let's not forget Bébé Chien, their fun, loving and good dog. Thank you very much François and Martin for hosting us.
