Everything was modern, clean, comfortable, safe location, interesting area (Porta Romana) with great cafes - Panfe in particular. Trams nearby go to the centre of Milan or Centrale (station). Great communication and security. I stayed for a few nights and ended up extending my stay. I like the peace of not having a cleaner drop in every morning, so I could sleep in. Cleaner was an optional extra if needed (+€). Staff were great, always helpful whether onsite or via the app after hours. Luggage storage available and an easy to use app. Mostly I felt so at peace and relaxed here. Loved being able to use my Netflix and shop local produce (nearby supermarkets) and cook in the well equipped apartment. Balcony was a treat for some morning sun and evening breeze. Thanks for the toiletries too. I will return when next in Milano.

Nothing I didn’t like- everything was great. I would just suggest the inclusions: - a clothes hanger as there is a washing machine but dryer so the clothes have to be hung. I used the coat hangers. - a shelf / rack in the shower to hold toiletries. - a guide on the bin types (there are 4 coloured bins) - A/c in the gym, it was quite warm in there - I would recommend the front reception door be fixed to auto closing as it can accidentally be left open - add AUD $ to the Sonder app please

The neighborhood is wonderful…residential and quiet, but only steps from the trams, so:getting around the city was easy. The building seems brand new, with superb security and amenities. Our room was spacious, inviting, and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy in the mornings for breakfast.

We were unfortunately there during an unusually warm March. Our room was hot, but the building won’t turn on its air conditioning system until the calendar says it’s warm weather. So we had to ask for fans, and we had to open windows to cool t off somewhat. They said the City of Milan is the reason, and that no hotels are allowed to use AC until May, but that feels crazy.

The room was quite spacious, clean and well-appointed. I loved having a full kitchen so that I could enjoy some of the food I love from Italian grocery stores, in addition to that which I get from restaurants. Nice having a balcony as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt very safe. And the location was great for walking to every location I needed for my trip. Neighborhood had lots of convenient shops as well. I would definitely stay again.

Immediately across the street the apartment building that you face was not so pretty, with a lot of graffiti. But that is a very minor issue

My sister and I were impressed by the spacious room, which matched the online photos perfectly. The hotel is relatively new, with a strong security system, and everything is fully digitalized—from check-in to check-out via the Sonder app—making logistics seamless. There were no hidden fees, and any additional services could be easily arranged through the app or by speaking to the friendly reception staff. The room came with all the amenities of an apartment, including a large balcony and a spacious bathroom, plus the convenience of laundry facilities. For those working, there's a large workspace/lounge area available, which is also great if you need to pass the time while waiting to check in or out. The location provides easy access to trams that take you directly to the city center. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice location, close to the city centre. Self-service accommodation is well equipped.

The room is equipped with a lot of electronic equipment, and every single one has some signal-led diode, so during the night the room is shining in different colours. If you are sensitive to this, I recommend taking stickers so you can cover all the signal-led diodes.

We stayed for one night only and it was convenient, the hotel is 25 min walk from the Duomo and 10 min by car, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, it was actually like a studio with a kitchen and a wide balcony, it was clean, nicely and newly furnished, the bathroom was also spacious and clean, there is also a private garage which can accommodate around 20 cars and cost 25 EUR/Day. The hotel has an app which has all you need to do and know about your stay in the hotel including opening your room, the hotel main entrance and the garage gate from the app which is very convenient and practical.

Nothing major except the checkin time. - The checkin time is at 4:00 pm which is a bit late, they offer the option for an earlier checkin on the app with additional 20 EUR for 1 hour earlier, 30 EUR for 2 hours and 40 EUR for 3 hours earlier. Thankfully they approved to check me in for free when I reached 20 min earlier. - The route to our room required going through many Exit type of doors which makes you feel you are going out of the hotel. - The shower in the bathroom was like a small cabin with sliding doors although there is enough space to build a proper and bigger shower. - Need small and easy fixes like damaged general waste bin under the sink, fixing of the curtains properly on the rails, fixing missing shelves in the shower.

Great room Good price Good service Basically a hotel with appartments instead of small rooms. Front desk is there from 8am-8pm theres a gym and lobby and the rooms are very nice. It's about 2km away from the center of town, however milan has amazing puvlic transtportation and the city is very big in it of itself, so either way you are taking the public transportation to get around throughout the day, so you just hop on a light rail that comes every 5 minutes from outside the hotel and your at the center of town

Parking garage slope was a little steep so the underneath of our car scratched!

Every thing was great the staff and the furniture . I hope the room fee includes the housekeeping service .

Better if there is a breakfast

Everything exceeded my expectations even though I also stayed in their Rome branch. The apartment is designed in a very modern and smart way. The building is also high tech and even had a staff desk in the lobby. The location is amazing, Tram 9 and 16 have stops just around the corner. The area is safe and silent. The room was very comfortable with the huge windows and view.

Nothing really. Best reservation I've ever had. I only wish they provided slippers but that is not a problem.
