The hotel was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the amenities were great and the restaurant’s food was awesome! Breakfast was included and they changed it up every morning.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have a refrigerator in the room. Also, the deluxe king room that we were in had sufficient room to put a small table and two chairs. If we didn’t sit on the bed, all we had was an ugly, tall chair and a desk chair to sit on. Very uncomfortable. At least put two soft chairs to sit on to watch tv and eat.

Internet 150+ megabytes, but I had to ask the reception to activate the in-room Ethernet cable. Perfect for remote work in that aspect, desk and privacy in the room. Gym, with max 25 kg dumbbells, bench press with 25 kg plates. Cardio machines, row machine. Rooftop pool. Price at 65$ (including taxes) for a single room was fair for this high standard. Probably best price value in town, considering the high speed internet

There wasn't a lot expats, digital nomads, to socialize with, perhaps wrong time ayear or they stay in Casco Viejo. The area is fine, but it's not a lot of attractions, it's more a business area. I didn't walk around a lot but found myself uber to Casco viejo if wanted to socialize or see some downtown, or the Multiplaza mall that's 5 minutes Uber away.

The hotel was generally clean. Housekeeping made the beds and changed the towels regularly. I enjoyed the city view, especially at night. Old years night the view of the fireworks was breathtaking. The buffet style breakfast was delicious with an array of dishes offered.. The staff were all pleasant and professional. The hotel is situated close to the metro, making getting to Albrook a breeze. I thorouhly enjoyed my stay..

I didn't like that early check in was unavailable. The walls aren't sound proof and the towels had a strange smell

We were beyond pleased with our stay at the Waymore hotel. The price of the stay was very good and for that price the accomodations exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room. The hotel and rooms are very modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The towels are very nice quality, as well as the soaps which had no harsh chemicals which is always a huge plus for us. The beds, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable as well. We will definitely be back when we want to visit the city again. We felt very safe here and loved that there was a covered parking garage. It's located in a very nice area with a grocery store right out front and lots of different places to eat, grab a coffee or even a smoothie. Breakfast was included which is always a plus, we didnt try it but Im sure it was great. Everything was CLEAN!

No complaints. We love this hotel. We had a great stay. I wouldnt imporve anything else.

The location. spacious room and large bathroom, large bed and very comfortable mattress. The 24 hours desk service, late check-out untill 2 p.m. for free. Baggage storage options after check-out from the hotel.

Breakfast was very poor, one slice of cheese, one ham, 2 kinds of bread, eggs, one juice. Coffee and tea were not in self-service, but I had to ask always I wanted. It took a while then they brought it, Usually they brought cold water with the ice even I wanted a hot water. In the room was heard all time the distant but disturbing noise of some engine/pump. It was very uncomfortable especially at night

the hotel has an excellent breakfast luxurious spacious rooms super comfortable beds and very good location . very friendly and attentive staff. large pool and gym . coffee machine and hot water with teas vichey showers etc etc

not a big deal. but there was no mini fridge . there is a cooler which is not that useful they do have ice dispenser on each floor . the other thing you have to pay extra for sauna . (even if they offer it free not many people will use ot ) i think they should offer it free

I was warmly greeted by every member from security, reception, restaurant, casino to the concierge team upon entrance - it was a very outstanding welcome! I was quickly checked in and taken up by Joseph who kindly showed me around the large and spacious room. It was nicely appointed for a comfortable stay on a higher floor with a view of the sunset which I appreciated. The bathroom was also spacious with great products. The hotel and outdoor pool were both fabulous - it felt like a Vegas experience with the decor and layout, great patio with music, sun loungers, bar, views, etc. The daily morning buffet at King's Cafe (restaurant is also open for other dining 24-hrs) was decently sized with rotating main dish every day (e.g. sausage/chicken/beef) with usual eggs & continental items with varying salad bar. Overall, it was an exceptionally wonderful stay with the hospitality of the amazing team members always smiling to welcome you, fantastic amenities, convenient in-house restaurants and cafe, and centrally located to other conveniences.

We stayed at this hotel one night before traveling to Colon for our cruise. Sorry that it was such a short stay. We would definitely return. Amazing hotel! The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was much bigger than expected. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk across the street to the pharmacy, supermarket, and other stores. We felt very safe as there was security outside of the front of the hotel. The breakfast was fit for a king or queen.

- Good location : It takes about 30 minutes to reach the cinta costanera. You can even reach the old panama by walk. - Good facility and dining restaurant

- The shower room does not drain water well. The room becomes nearly flooded when the shower finishes. - There was a door to another room. Although it was locked, I was afraid that someone at that room may be able to unlock the door. - No loungewear available. Bring your own pajama.

A 5 star hotel rooms, and they are very spacious and clean. They staff is amazing, especially at the front desk with Mr. Luis Diaz, Laura, and others are curtious and always willing to go to the next step. The restaurant supervisor Saul and personnel are very nice. The division manager Roberto will address any situation to improve service or product quality upon request. Great guy
