The location is in a great area and near everything. The breakfast is good as usual. My husband, granddaughter and myself really enjoyed the Tuesday happy hour and the food was so delicious. Please keep the Tuesday Happy hour going,

Only thing I can say if if you have 4 people to a room, the towels in the room should be accomadating for 4 people and not 2, Example we only had 2 large towels, 2 face towels and 3 medium towels. I believe there should have been 4 large towels, 4 face towels and 4 medium towels. Other than that we love staying there and we will continue to stay there everytime we come to Goldsboro NC.

the room was nice and clean

The inconvenience of them charging our card early when we did the pay at property and then charging our card again when we checked in for the same price when they already took it out our account. They didn’t want to fix the problem nor give a discount for their mistake so we paid for the room twice. We have to dispute it with our bank which will take longer then it did for them to take it out our account since it’s a weekend.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was so friendly and amazing.

During breakfast one of the workers was sweeping the floor stopped to touch the breakfast food with her hands with the broom and dust pan still in her hand. She didn’t even put the broom and dust pan down or washed her hands before touching the food. After I seen that I no longer wanted to eat at the property in fact I made sure my children didn’t eat there either.

Very friendly and accommodating staff ant front desk. Rooms and main areas were very clean. Good Breakfast menu and good coffee!!

Some areas appeared a little dated however well kept and clean.

I didnt like that booking never reserved my room. I had to book the room through the hotel when i arrived. There was only a canceled room from booking when i got there... but luckily they had another room available.

Every time we are here the staff is always glad we stayed! They have their staffing issues as well but that doesn't stop them from making sure we are satisfied with our accommodations.

They didn't have cocktail hour in the evenings like last time.

The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and shopping areas. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Also, very pleasant staff.

There is nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

Breakfast was great and we appreciate the convenience of eating at the hotel two separate mornings.

Room was a bit noisy at the end of the hall. The pool was also unavailable due to repairs.

The "Only" place to stay when in town. Rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are great. Gym / Fitness Center fantastic and the indoor pool. I think this is the "Only" Sea Salt, Indoor "Heated" ever, in all of North Carolina (period). Your gonna "Love"

Got room near elevator. Just too much people traffic.

The staff was stellar! Mark was always professional and extremely helpful!

The price for two days was exorbitant! 500.00 for two nights was not reasonable.
