Our room was clean and apartment style, which we love! And the aircon worked great, thank heavens! The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and gave some really nice recommendations that we tried. The pool side was INCREDIBLE! We were able to go up and get drinks and snacks by the bar from bartender Thomas or Roberta and bring them down to enjoy by the poolside. Some hotels won't allow that but I have to say it just makes the whole stay. We had long beach days and came back for pool hang and some refreshments and ended up spending more money at the bar because we could just chill with the feet in the pool. Their cocktails were banging, I had 2 pina coladas and they were the best I've ever had. They also had umbrellas that we could borrow down to the beach for free which was such a winner. During high season the paid beach chairs are so expensive. They also have bikes that you could rent but we thought it was a little bit pricy so we ended up walking. The nearest beach is literally like 4 minute walk. They town of Villasimius is about 35 minutes walk. But so worth to visit. Please note that everything is dead and closed until like 21:00 and restaurants open often at 19:30 but will barely have a soul in them until much later.

They had some weird rules about cleaning our room. They didn't have any housekeeping and we had to clean the kitchen and do the recycling ourselves. If we didn't they said it would cost us about 40€ as a fine. I thought this was a bit wild. The hotel is a bit out of the way and is not a cheap hotel. So I would say that is a bit outragous.

The resort as such is very nice. Great pool and restaurant. Rooms nice and well equipped. Beautiful terrace. Very nice sandy beach is close, some 700m by foot.

No cleaning service included despite quite high price. It should be cleaned at least every 3 days. Rats, ants and wasps everywhere.

The resort is very pretty, but requires some maintenance. Very nice garden and pool area. Bar & snack bar serving small meals until late. Our room had spaceous terrace with seating area. Walking distance to the beach, but nothing else really around. Car needed.

Our room was a bit worn and could use some maintenance. Lot of potential! Limited kitchen supplies, also some basics missing.

The place is very clean and it is beautiful. Most of the staff is very good with people.

It was very windy and the door was making lots of noises especially during the night but when we spoke to the receptionist they sent the maintenance guys immediately and was resolved. The restaurant lacks food if you're staying for long you will get bored of that food only.

Excellent location, a quick stroll to beach and a short drive ( walkable ) to the port area and villasimius. Staff in the restauraunt and throughout the complex were execllent. Exceeded expectations. Great pool. Family of turtles in garden!

The location is really good. Calm and quiet place. The staff is friendly. Good parking. Beautiful garden. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked super nice.

The place that we stayed needs some reform. For example the door for the shower was falling apart,😰

The pool is excellent and all the surrounded area. The room and kitchen area are adequate with air conditioning.

The cleaning. The stairs that give access to the apartment were really dirty. The kitchen has few accessories to cook. No toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc.. The doors of the freezer and refrigerator were not working properly. The towels were not changed during all the week. No towel or individuals for the eating table.

Amazing family experience. Staff was lovely and helpful. Location was spectacular in one of the most beautiful places if South Sardinia, closed to Costa Rei. The resort had every thing we need to have a very relaxing family time with a young child. It is still a walking distance from the lovely town of Villassimius (20 minutes) but a car is highly recommended because at night some parts of the road are very very dark. We can only recommend this relaxing and children friendly family resort! 😃

The resort is so beautiful and a very short walk from the beach. The pool is central to the resort, with rooms surrounding it, along with a beautiful bar/restaurant area. Everything was very quick and easy to get to, with walking just out the door and into the pool! The staff were delightful and so friendly and helpful. The bar serves a variety of drinks, snacks, food and coffee. We ate dinner there most nights, and although we think these were pre-cooked ready meals served up onto plates, most meals were delicious - especially the vegetable pizza! Our room had a small kitchenette so we were able to prepare meals ourselves, however without a car, we were unable to make the most of this. The nearest shop we found was about a 10/15 min walk down the road. It took us a little while to find it as it is located inside a campsite. We were however able to stroll in and enter the shop, and able to buy everything we needed. The hotel also provided us with many options for excursions and activities. We went scuba diving with AirSub and loved it! The hotel arranged a pick-up for us and everything went very well. We also went snorkelling at the beach and saw some amazing sea life. We would really recommend doing this! Our stay here was perfect and transport to and from the airport was so easy and kindly arranged by the hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better time!

Friendly, helpful staff, willing to go out of their way to helps us when we had a problem. Some toys and beach umbrellas we could use for free!! Amazing layout - all apartments are very near the pool
