We were impressed with our overall stay. The room and facilities were as described. Our needs were met. We were happy with the complimentary breakfast. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. We loved the big size of it, the cleanliness, and the fact that was an indoor pool. That was hard to find in Nampa where we were trying to find a hotel room. We were impressed with the lemon/cucumber water in the lobby. That's one thing we always hate in a hotel is that all you have available to you is yucky tap water from the bathroom sink. This exceeded our expectations along with the coffee / hot cocoa/t available in the lobby. All the staff were kind, courteous, and professional. We would most definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The only thing that could have been better was a few maintenance items that need attention in the bathroom and at the front door. They still were functional but could use some maintenance. Pocket door of the bathroom has paint scraped off of it. There may have been a glove of dry paint that's causing the pocket door to get scraped every time it opens and closes. It may also be from people pushing on the door when they're open in it. The little lock on the bathroom door is coming loose and needs fixed. Water leaks out the shower door and has caused some water damage on the wood trim along the floor.

It was clean and smelled great. Friendly staff, a working pool and hot tub. A real continental breakfast.

There was a problem with my booking for the following week. They were not very helpful in figuring it out. But the stay itself was great.

Convenient location, easy access with elevator, VERY comfortable beds and amazing luxurious quality bedding! Friendly staff who kindly helped up resolve a date issue(we couldn’t get there until the following night) nice included breakfast. We stay here on our way home from west coast Every trip!

The shower door didn’t keep the spray inside, we had to put towels on the floor

The bed was so comfy. If I had a way it would have brought it home. Room had every thing you needed. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very good, with all the normal choices and plenty of food.

The coffee in the room was not good, but the lobby and breakfast coffee was very good

there was 2 of 3 lightbulbs out above the bathroom sink mirror, 2 of the 3 lamps in the room didn’t work and the batteries were taped in the remote with duct tape so I had to push them in to get the remote to work. there was caution tape across both sides of the lobby entrance so we had to step over it to get into the door, with no wheelchair accessible access to lobby doors

Breakfast was good nice clean room bed wasn't to uncomfortable but the younger gal that was behind the counter made it worth it she was very accommodating very friendly even let me use her phone charger I will definitely be using this motel more often

Property was great, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and breakfast options. The room was clean, simple, modern. The staff were friendly.

The location saying Idaho center would make you think it was closer without having to take the freeway.

Room and all that's in there and all facilities well taken care of!! Right off I-84 and minuets from boise city center and airport.

Nothing , but it is near hi-way which might be a little noisy. But I always sleep WELL!

Breakfast was really good and the bed was super comfortable.

Something had been spilt on the floor of the elevator and it was sticky. It was there when we got there that evening and was still there when we left the next morning.
