Room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable. the pool great for our grandkids to play in, and the hotel was quiet.

Looks dated in some of its aspects, but okay considering the lower price than the best Western Plus next door. Thought the breakfast could have been better ( no hot chocolate )

Check-in was a breeze and my 3 days stay was met with ease due to the staff being so polite and friendly. It was a peaceful staycation. Continental breakfast was what I looked forward to each morning.

When booking the king suite I guess I assumed it was going to be a little different than what I walked into. The room was nice and everything, but I think I was expecting more of what I'd seen in the picture; a couch, a kitchen table inside of a kitchen area and a little more space. The room I stayed in ended up being more like a double Queen standard room just cut in half. Again it wasn't a bad room. Just different from my expectations. Still had a great time.

I liked the location as it was very convenient to find. Close enough to the city center but far away enough to be peacefully quiet. The staff was great and my kids loved the pool!

The only thingI didn’t agree with was that breakfast ended at 9am. We were on a vacation so we slept in! So we missed it but it is what it is.

Location next to highway was nice, clean rooms.

Young lady in lobby claiming to be thrown out of room and phone smashed by boyfriend. She wanted me to drive her to Nampa, get her an uber/cab. I tried to help her, however told her I could not leave a child unattended in my room. I watched her go outside, raise her hands up, and start talking to someone...seemed like a very sketchy con that should have been nipped in the bud by the desk clerk immediately calling the cops when she first approached me.

Location and comfortable rooms, I like that they are pet friendly and have breakfast in the morning, a good breakfast not danishes and coffee.

The swimming pool and hot tub were not available. As a customer, I was not told about it, until I got there. This was one of the reasons I was staying at this facility.

I actually so wish I would have got the gals name that checked us in. We had a few credit card issues she worked and worked, called the manager and we were able to check in with two pre paid cards. It was an impeccable willingness to work with us. As well as on the manager 's part. Thank you Soo much for making our stay absolutely enjoyable. We stayed in Caldwell Idaho Vicki H

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was a great plus, sausage, scrambled eggs, yoghurts, coffee, all included in the cost of the stay and tasty.

The only concern I might have is the soundproofing of the rooms, one night I did hear a neighbor's TV set.

All the staff and managers are the sweetest people, very accommodating, pet friendly,, and the entire hotel was very pleasant. I felt welcomed and safe. I booked for 3 days and needed to add 4 more days while my home was being repaired, I wasn't sure if I needed those extra days or not, but the manager held my room just incase, what a blessing that was because I had no where else to go. My stay here became my second home in many ways. I won't forget my stay here. Thank you to the managers and staff that run this hotel each one of you are very kind. Much love from room 218.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Was very easy to find, easy to get to everything from shopping to restaurants close by. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom could use an update.
