Hampton Inn & Suites Boise-Meridian

Great Location - central to Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Kuna and the Meridian Speedway. Great proximity to I-84 too, The room was comfortable and close to an exit. The people at the front desk were very nice, always had a smile and would help you out with anything! The cleaning staff were also very nice and considerate and did a great job. I WILL definitely stay there again on our next visit. The breakfast bar was great too.

I cant think of a thing they could have done better.

The rate disparity between two Queen beds verses King bed. We were told on the phone, and going online the rate for King was $118, but Queens were $168. We needed queens for additional family members (we booked at $118 two weeks earlier). The hotel had a lot of rooms available as only 3-4 cars in parking lot. They ended up staying at The Marriott down the street, to get two queens, and pay $120.

Lots of different choices to choose from. Very clean and hot food. Being diabetic it was great to have proteins to eat. Most Hotels just have carbs. Thank you !! WE will be staying here again!!!

We couldn't swim after TEN!!!! very disappointed!!!

The location was great. Clean throughout the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and the check in process was smooth. The room was clean, big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, but very limited. Parking was great.

Need a fan in the bathroom. Our family took back to back showers and it was really hot, a fan would have helped. Couldn't stay in the pool area long because of the chemical smell. Breakfast was very limited. I dislike the prepackaged stuff that these hotels offer, it seems cheap and they are rarely good items. The waffles were great as usual, but the bacon was so thin similar to microwaveable bacon and no other options as they were out of eggs or omelets, whichever they were offering.

The breakfast was very nice, good orange juice, eggs, and waffle maker. Very good temperature control in our room.

Shampoo bottle was empty after the second night but we found a housekeeper and got a refill. When I walked across the floor I heard a booming vibration. I'm so grateful I was on the top floor. The people below the top floor certainly must have been bothered when anyone walked around on the above floors.

The room was pretty clean and it was snowing when we got there, so I was pleased to see all the precautions that staff made to make sure no slips happened. The bed was also very comfortable, I sometimes have a hard time sleeping in hotel beds and this one I was able to sleep quite comfortably.

We arrived late and the attendant at the counter had a hard time checking us in. We also were unable to use the mobile app check in, which may have been an error on my part. It would have been nice to have ear plugs provided when we are the room right next to the elevator.

Everything was fantastic! it was super clean- which is most important to me. Every employee was very kind and helpful. I thought the breakfast was great! I loved the location. The park down the road and the Albertsons by the Meridian shops might be the best grocery store ever! So the location was great. Restaurants and shopping super close! Downtown Boise just a few minutes away! I don’t know what could have been better. And all this during a big soccer tournament! Booked to capacity! Hats off to this Hampton Inn’

Rooms are updated and clean. Good cold and hot breakfast selection. Really liked that coffee and hot chocolate are available all day. Right off the freeway so quick drive to either Nampa or Boise.

Fitness room is very small but they do have complimentary passes to a local gym if you need more.

On the website it said you had to be 18 years old to check in, they said 21 so I had to rearrange plans to help my daughter check in.

We got the worst room, directly up the stairs out in the main room. Not good placement for a room unless you’re elderly
