The staff has excellent English, so it was very easy to check in. The breakfast was buffet style. It contained a large selection of food, worked up to 10 hours. The terrace offers a very beautiful view.

You could clearly hear what was happening in the corridor. Unlike the photo on the Booking, there was no kettle and cups in the room.

Good location far enough for the centre to avoid traffic jams, but close enough if you want to go explore the city. Great breakfast, friendly staff.

Only source of heating is the aircon unit, which was shoved in the corner of the room. During night it was quite cold as it could not heat the whole room.

The breakfast is great and various. The room is spacious. It is ok for 1 night.

The location is not that good if you plan to go to the city centre but it is good if you only pass for a night in Belgrade. The toilet was not cleaned and the furniture is outdated.

The stairs.It was hotel with the largest number of stairs I've ever stayed in. To get in-climb up to the reception, to get to your room-climbing down a lot of stairs.Complety not for disabled persons.The personnel- we had a few bags to drag in and drag out- just simple question-can I help You with that,mister?Nope.

Extremely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, lovely breakfast, very spacious room, our to huge dogs were welcomed at no extra charge, easy secure video parking. We will book again and highly recommend this hotel and the staff

Nothing of importance to dislike

- Very good curtains in the room allowing for late sleep - Very comfortable bed - Excellent breakfast - Good receptionist on the day of my check-in - Very beautiful views from the restaurant

- White LED lightning in most of the rooms (softer table lamps not always working) - There is no candle or other heating system under the dishes during breakfast meaning they're cold all the time - Problematic internet - Absence of 'no disturb' sign in the rooms - Changing towels every day is a waste of energy and completely ecologically and hygienically unnecessary; guests should be encouraged to change towels less often, both for the hotel and for the environment.

The hotel was nice ,especially the beds ara really clean. They were smelling nice.. The scene of restaurant roof is nice. Breakfast is really good.

I had great experience at Hotel Villa panorama hotel with great value and personal caring staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere love to stay again this hotel. My highly recommended hotel stay bless.

Cozy little hotel in a quiet neighborhood, not that far from the city center. Our room was very clean and has a beautiful view from the balcony. Staff is kind and helpful. Plentiful parking spaces.
