Personal great, fast check in and check out, parking possible in garage

Executive room little bit tired. Executive lounge closed, instead of it just coupon to restaurant. Crowded and small breakfast area, without any terrace during summer. Breakfast ok, but nothing special.

The location is close to the highway leading out of Belgrade. The room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was big and good. There is an over all feeling of chic inside the hotel.

Slow staff. Excessive tasks they needed to do in order to check us in, although I had already went trough the online check-on process and have even provided a copy of my ID. It didn't matter. Also the location is kind of strange. A lot of dust due to construction works going on around, the area is residential with a lot of small streets one needs to navigate around in order to reach the hotel.

The hotel pleased with its comfort. - Firstly, we were settled early, without additional payment. - Very beautiful interior in the rooms, even in the standard. There is a lot of space in the room, there is everything you need to accommodate two people. Excellent panoramic Windows, a bed with a comfortable mattress/pillows/blanket. There were questions about the glass partition in the shower, but in general it is completely closed with roller blinds. Good pressure in the shower. - A very beautiful entrance group, in an old building, a beautiful combination of futuristic furniture and old brickwork. On the ground floor there is a lounge area with a large number of seats and tables with sockets, it is convenient to work. The restaurant was also pleased, excellent breakfasts, the table is not very large, but everything is fresh and delicious. You can also have lunch and dinner here, the cuisine is of decent quality. - There is a sauna with a fitness room, also quite comfortable, it's a pity not very large, especially the sauna.

- The biggest disappointment is the Internet, it was very slow both in the room and in the lounge area, it was difficult to call up, the connection was extremely unstable. - Lack of renewable water. Only for an additional fee ( - Bathroom accessories, such as cotton pads, have not been updated either - There was smoking in the bar, of course, this is normal for Serbia, but still the hotel is about the comfort of all guests who do not smoke, including. - The room was not prepared for two, the second set of slippers and a bathrobe had to be requested at the reception, although the room was booked for two. - At the weekend, the cleaner came at 16:00, which was also a little strange.

It is in general a good hotel. But it seems to me that the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. During my stay, the external temperature was about 35 degrees. It was very warm in the room. I talked to reception stuff and they declared help and sent a technician. After my return to the room, in the evening I did not notice the utmost improvement. I had no more time nor the desire for the next intervention, but I think that this air conditioning did not work. It was set to max performance and the room was really warm

Absolutely amazing stay! The room was spacious with a beautiful hot shower with all toilets you might need, including a hand cream!!!! Everything was sparkling clean. The curtains worked great so you can sleep in the morning. There is a very good noise isolation so you are not disturbed by people speaking outside in the corridor or moving on the floor. The breakfast was fantastic! There were great variety of stuff to choose from, gluten free products included! The gluten free bread was insanely delicious! The service was outstanding and the stuff was polite, smiled and professional. I strongly recommend!

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect!

Receptionist was very friendly and gave us a free room upgrade so it could meet our needs. Generally the stuff is exceptional, a lot of beautiful young people. The place is very quiet with no noise so we could have a good rest and privacy. Pleasant atmosphere with no pressures on anything. Location is also ok, it’s near shopping malls and city center. Near the highway so it doesn’t take any extra time to leave the city. The room has coffee machine with additional free coffees which is delicious for a coffee lovers and everyone who starts their day with a warm cup of coffee. Bedsheets are wonderful.

The hotel is really good. My compliments for the receptionists who were working there on 22-Oct-2022 around 15:00 - 17:00. Very friendly and helpfull. I will be coming back for sure. The (family) room is big enough and very clean. I was surprised by the good/strong water pressure of the shouwer. Very nice. Last but not least: very important - the hotel has its own parking which was a must for us. For families travelling by car - this is very important. There are no negative items to report. Everything was really great.

Great hotel in general. Very clean, fast internet, spacious rooms, nice bar with good food. Staff was very helpful throughout the stay and also hotel transfer booking was extremely easy and acceptable priced.

Breakfast selection wasn't at the level of a 5 star. Lacking the omelette buffet and also the local touch of Serbian varieties. Location is almost a 50 min walk from Kalemegdan so if you choose to be at the center, this may not be the right location.

It was our second time there. The parking is lot is below the hotel, safe and private. The room was great - design, coffee machine. Excellent bed with hard mattress. Very tasteful breakfast, large choice, great coffee, hot and cold choice, sweet pastry, ham, cheese, salmon, fresh fruits, possibility to make your own fresh orange juice, complimentary served peach juice - simply superb. Great wifi everytwhere. This time, we also had a dinner in the lounge - very tasty.

A bit difficult to find when driving a car. The parking is paid separately even though the accomodation was already quite expensive. The lounge was smoking when we had dinner there.

Clean and nicely decorated spaces. Offers open and garage parking options.

The restaurant has nice meals, however relatively limited number of choices. Also the atmosphere is rather dark for my taste. Also the family room is not really suited for families of four persons, but rather families with little children.
