The breakfast offered was very good and varied. The food in the restaurant/bar in the evening was excellent and definitely good value for money. As a solo traveler having the opportunity to eat in the hotel in the evening was a real advantage.

Several days my room wasn't cleaned yet by 2:30 pm when I returned from town. Big groups would come and stay for one night only, so those rooms were cleaned first. Although understandable, it does not feel good when you stay for 6 nights and get 'served' last. Coffee and tea were provided in the room the first day, but not after that, which I thought bad policy. Someone who pays one night gets the same as someone who pays for six nights.

Specious room, very comfortable bed, perfect location and very lovely and accommodating staff. I was super happy with the water pressure in the shower and everything smelled so nice. Lovely breakfast. Great sound insulation. Will definitely stay here again.

A few things but essentially they didn’t really affect my stay. For example there were only 2 towels while i would expect 4 (body, hair, face and hands) - however the staff accommodated me on this. Would be nice to have a regular instant coffee instead of 3 in 1 as not everyone takes milk or sugar nowadays. It would be great if you could have some gluten free bread available for breakfast. Airport transfer was overpriced, as the person was late 15 min and the car had a bit unpleasant smell.

very small and smelly bathroom , walls ate thin and you can hear everything from neighbour rooms . Parking is disaster - very small - for 6-8 cars only and even we get confirmed reservation - parking was not avalibale for us - so we need to park on busy street with almost 0 free parking spaces .

Breakfast it was fantastic and each day they put different things to eat. Tv channel it was with many premium channel.

The upgrade room at 4 th floor it had a horrible smell in the bathroom. sewage smell. I changed the room and stayed in a much smaller room, but which no longer smelled. the elevator when it stops at the floor has a chime sound that you hear all the time when someone calls it or arrives at the floor. The hotel is about 3 km from centere

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of fresh food. Friendly and responsive staff --- The electric pot was missing in my room but it was delivered soon after I told the reception about it.

The bed was comfortable but too big for the size of the room. The hangers in the closet were that kind you cannot use elsewhere (without the hook on top), but it would be better to have just normal hangers. The closet did not have adequate height to hang a dress or pants. The refrigerator did not get cold enough.

Location is not ideal for walking, though via bus you can access the city center, the bus station and the train station. It is close to the train station (the one with the high speed rail to Novi Sad). It is also close to the Cathedral of Saint Sava which is only 15 minutes away on foot.

The only issue I had was repeatedly my room key card would fail and I would have to return from the 4th floor to the ground floor to have my card fixed and then return to the 4th floor.

The room is clean and spacious. The cleaning crew did a good job everyday to clean my room. Front desk helps us a lot by calling the restaurant to make reservation for us and helps us to call shops to find out location. Restaurant downstair is small. Food is good and price is reasonable. Breakfast has many variety and local Serbia tastes.

The location is bit far off the main streets where all the restaurants and shopping are. But the advantage is the location is quiet.

Firstly the Staff were fantastic very professional helpful and friendly especially Sladjana and Bo Bo the Breakfast was 1st class lost of different selections to please everyone. I have a deluxe room which was perfect for me, i also ate in the hotel every night and once again the menu choices were varied enough for me to enjoy a different meal almost every night .

The wifi in my room wasn't great i was on the 3rd floor but down stairs in the bar it was perfect

Relatively modern hotel, good location, friendly staff. We booked early check-in in advance, when we came the room was not ready and it seemed that nobody at reception was aware that we are coming. But staff was very helpful, they got us free drinks while we were waiting and the waiting was no longer than 10 minutes, so everything was resolved quickly and professionally.

The room itself was not cleaned properly, there were some webs on the curtains, some amenities in the bathroom was opened and the worst part it seemed that in the room somebody was smoking before us. There was awful cigarette smell and to cover it up the hotel spray some perfume, it was not making the situation better. Also we had a very very small balcony in the room, and it seems that nobody ever cleaned it. There were a lot of smoked cigarettes and birds poos on conditioner. The breakfast had wide variety of choices but the taste wasn't good. With all the choices I was able to eat only boiled egg.

The hotel located a bit out of the city center in calm place with interested buildings around. Nice and responsible staff (desk is open 24/7) meets any expectations. A special moment is about the breakfast - you will meet nice selection of local meat and cheese, you should try it before walking.

They definitely need more hooks in the bathroom, in the bedroom it is better to add more local calm lights. But anyway - it is something to make the place just better.
