Staff is amazingly kind and professional. Facilities are always clean. Management and every one were very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Beach, view, and restaurants are incredible. Special Thanks to the GM Renan Astolpho, and Front Desk Manager Ashley Hagins for their professionalism, and courteousness. Also, Chef Hassan Ahmed and His assistant Mohamed Alsayed for their accommodations and always meeting our requests. I don't think i can say any thing bad about any one there, and i am sure many will be missed, but wanted to thank those we dealt with the most: Buggy Drivers: Vincent and Immanuel House Keeping: Bertina Alphonse, who is very thorough and always made our villa smells like heaven Kanal Cafe: Fabrina and The shisha person, the bar tender unfortunately forgot their name, Kevin Louise and Keven Leone Our favorite SPA TherapistsL Melissa and Elirose Front desk: Jospeh, Ashraf, and Sobhi.

the resort is magnificent, located on a superb, pristine and dream beach. Rooms and infrastructure were neat and very clean.

staff was overall very helpful, utmost polite and respectful. Given the tier-one category of Four Seasons, and given the price asked for in this resort, I would have expected a more professional level of service (i have been wrongfully debited, I received mails asking me (again) confirmations that had been previously made, level of English was sometimes hard to understand, etc...). Meals were very good but clearly overpriced (compared to other comparable resorts in Seychelles).

I took the serenity villa..almost every thing their was perfect … the room , the spectural view & the privacy .. and for those who would like to get more privacy … I recommend to book the serenity villa. Also I would like to thank Four seasons team for their kindness and cooperation during our stay.

Beautiful resort, great staff, very good food, great rooms with amazing view.

While the food was great, it was too expensive even for a 5-Star hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel with food that was as expensive as in this hotel. Food charges can easily double the price of your stay. Beach service could have been more proactive - we had to search waiters to get drinks.

Everything! The location was one of the best with the most gorgeous beach view from each villas! The food was fabulous!

The food & beverages was ridiculously overpriced, and seems like some of the restaurant didn’t accommodate children’s menu (although they order it in from another restaurant which adds another 25-30 minutes for the child who is already hungry and waiting.

I dont like the problem with the insects on the roof of the villa they keep coming from out side , I believe there should be some kind of seal for the roof because there are wholes the insects can pass through

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel.

For an upscale place with an upscale clientele, the payment system is a bit odd. They block an amount on your credit card as most hotels do, but at checkout, they don’t immediately reverse the charge. They then say that it’ll be returned in 5-7 business days. 99% of the hotels I’ve stayed in refund the amount immediately. After I checked out, I stayed at the Hilton Northolme and they didn’t block any amounts on my credit card.

Viewpoint from the spa is incredible. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel made our stay ever more comfortable by their attention to detail.

Mini-Bar prices were atrocious. Happy to get a midnight snack, but for a chocolate bar at 15 EUR you get a bit demotivated
