- big and comfortable room, very peaceful and relaxing hotel (10 rooms only) - honeymoon gift (bottle of champagne and fruit platter) - free transfer from/to the jetty, as well as to the beach (we stayed at Dhevatara during monsoon season, therefore there was a lot of seaweeds on the hotel beach)

- service for breakfast and dinners was slow (we were the only one at the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get an omelette and egg benedict, which was annoying as we had scheduled boat trip with tight departure) - poor and unstable wifi connection

The hotel is in a lovely location, the rooms are spacious and the staff are kind and friendly. I was particularly impressed with chef. The dinners were excellent!

I thought the price at Euro 420 per night was expensive.

Dhevatara is very comfortable hotel with stunning atmosphere. The people in service are really kind and always ready to help you with your wishes. Room service make incredible work, everyday was clean and nice. Pool is really really good and modern (Bali style). The sunsets in the hotel are amazing and the night atmosphere is very quiet there. Dinners are really TOP ✌️. Dhevatara ist really good choice and from my opinion im ready to come back sometimes. Thank you for amazing stay.

Beach and sea full of seaplants but that is normal from Mai till September. You can find amazing places on Grand Anse to chill.

Love the tranquility at the hotel. The hotel is a walking distance from the best restaurants that we managed to try out while we were there. The staff at the hotel were very attentive, warm, and accommodating to our request. We thoroughly enjoyed out anniversary trip. The food was amazing, especially loved the breakfast spread with different choices to indulge in.

Beach was not great to swim, a lot of seaweed in the November period. Very nice to walk though, specially sunset Though food was great, it took a lot of time to wait to get food, dinners normally lasted 2 hours, breakfasts minimum an hour, seemed a waste of time to spend 3 hours in the restaurant Location is not the best in the island, just convenient from close to airport but not much really in surrounding, you need some transport to see the good spots

I don’t think this is the hotels problem/fault, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings at the hotel. We haven’t experienced the same in La Digue or Mahe. My girlfriend was hardly bitten, unfortunately I wasn’t as lucky. Pack your repellent! watch out for rays in the shallows of the water.

Super nice hotel with direct access to the beach. Our suite was really nice and we got a complementary bottle of sparkling wine due to our honeymoon. Breakfast was very good and lots of options. Also the staff was exceptional and helped with everything. There are some restaurants nearby for eating out, but not as many as compared to Cot d‘Or.

Unfortunately we couldn’t really use the beach due to the seaweed, but it’s not the hotels fault and you can still lay very close on the beach, still at the hotel‘s property. Besides that the hotel offers a shuttle to Anse Volbert, also a very beautiful beach.

We had an amazing stay at Dhevatara. The room was perfect, the pool is fantastic, you can access the beach very easily and while there are a few algae it's not really an issue. The staff is nice and welcoming, and it was a great experience to stay there. Also, you have a lot of small takeaway restaurants nearby that you can walk to, which is nice if you want to experience a little bit more of the local life of the island.

It might be a little bit expensive but still worth it.

the staff made the stay so special. they were very accommodating, welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay special. the room was big and comfortable and with only 10 rooms, never chaotic. it was very relaxing

the beach. but you don’t really need to spend time at the hotel beach as the ones you want to visit are up north. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

beautiful property located on the beach. tastefully decorated room will uplift your mood. excellent amenities and services. staff was very helpful, pleasant and welcoming. the lobby restaurant serves v good food. property is walking distance by the casino, massage centre and grocery. swimming pool is great for relaxing, but beach was not good for swimming. do try the fresh coconut compliment by the house.
