It was a wonderful holiday. Everything was perfect. The Villa is situated literally just on the beach. There are only a few rooms so there is calm and quiet so you can feel like you are on your private beach. The beach is cleaned up every morning. We visited most of the beaches in Praslin, but we haven’t experienced as warm water as there (genuine pleasure). The host and her family are kind and friendly. They gave us all the necessary information. The view from a big, beautiful balcony is gorgeous. The Villa is surrounded by giant palm trees, and that is amazing. In the apartment, there was everything we needed, and kitchen equipment was enough for us. The rooms are comfortable. There is a bus stop just on the other side of the road. Shops and take away are nearby also. We appreciate the kindness of Chantei (we apologize we don't remember her name and how to write it). She took care of us during Cindy's absence. We were interested in trees in the garden, and she went for a small walk with us and showed us the differences between each species. She also grilled a barracuda fish for us, and it was fresh because it was just caught by her husband. We highly recommend this place and its hosts. We would like to come back :) Thank you very much :)

We were visiting several places while on Seychelles, and that place remains as our favourite. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were offered even free laundry which was great. The truth is that beach is all over Seychelles, but to have private beach with the property is a real benefit. Location is perfect we walk from the air port to the villa, also bus stop is right next door. There is a lot of small stores near by as well as take aways for food. Right next door there was a guy who was fishing every day and he prepared for us fresh fish dinner every night. We didn't need to go restaurant. About the host, what to say, all hosts on the island are polite and helpful but Cindy was the best.

Nice welcome, no problems with the checkout as well. The apartments is large, we didn't use 50% of the living room. Useful kitchen (again, too big to my habits). Nice bathroom and bedding. Free parking. Beautiful garden and part of the beach with sunbeds and the view. 2 turtles on the beach.

why? why this place has no breakfast? it fits the place perfectly and I am willing to pay for it. But I had to go shopping and cooking. The beach is beautiful but had a lot of seaweed when we visited, so didn't swim there. You need to drive 30-40m to get to the best beach (Anse Lazio). Note - this is Seychelles-level complain, in general the beach is great.

We loved everything. All was perfect since the very first second upon arrival. The view at the reception is a breath-taking, it's like in a dream of paradise. This is a top-clean place I've been visiting. The garden is just glorious. Cindy, the hostess, and her husband are extremely helpful. Some examples: to make our commute easy, Cindy gave us a bus card for local transport. So we just used and paid her back what was spent. Once we stand at the bus stop heading to Valley de Mer, but the landlord seen us and gave us a ride for free, as he was driving the same direction. The hosts were treating us with fruits several times. Cindy is very accurate and helpful in arranging transfers. Our apartment (garden view) was very spacious. We liked the style of the interior a lot. The terrace is great for a romantic breakfast or dinner. The location of the hotel is just perfect. It has direct access to the beach. If we ever return to Praslin, we would definitely return to Seashell Beach Villa.

Had a very good time staying in this villa. The room is big, the bedroom is separated from the kitchen and living room. The beach is beautiful with sea beds you can relax on. You can see the sunset with a drink and a snack. We cooked our dinner and took it outside to tables and enjoyed the breeze and the view. The room has good kitchen equipment. The best part is the host, Cindy, who is a very welcoming and lovely person, helped us with every need, from suggestions to renting a car. She even offers a free laundry service which is very convenient, rooms cleaned daily. There are some supermarkets and restaurants nearby where you can have something to eat and drink. And also parking if you rent a car.

It's not something bad just something to be aware of: to get to Anse Lazio you need to detour the island, with a car it took us 30 minutes. The closer beach we liked was Anse Georgette which you need to book entry with Lemuria resort, Cindy helped with that too, thank you so much❤️

The location is just on the beach - very beautiful and calm place! The beach isn’t the best one, but for relaxing on the sand and listening the ocean sounds is perfect! Sun chairs and hammocks are available for the guests! The apartment is really huge and so clean. Cindy, the owner, is very kind and friendly. Bonus points: they offer free laundry for their gusts which is so nice compliment!

The only small thing - air con is located in the bedroom and it’s hot in the dining room. Also it’s a little bit noisy.

The apartment was very clean, they also do house keeping every day which was a very nice surprise. It was also peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations.

This of course doesn’t have anything to do with the property bit we didn’t like the beach area because it was full of seaweed and it was also super windy at this part of the island so keep that in mind when booking for summer months (we stayed in june). Other parts of the island were less windy and there wasn’t much seaweed. Just to keep in mind, otherwise location would have been good but for us it was be better to stay at the opposite part of the island.

Cindy is one of the best hosts and the best people I've met in life!!! :) We forgot the smart watch at the apartment after check-out, and Cindy kindly brought it all the way to the ferry terminal where we were about to take off. We were so lucky to have met such a caring owner and can not thank her enough. We also loved the room, which is so spacious and cleaned every day. I would recommend this place to anyone who is staying Praslin, this is the best accommodation on the island from every aspect, the quality, the price , and person :)

Cindy, owner of the place, is super helpful and she really cares for the visitors. Beach Villa is a great value for money, it includes huge rooms with a beautiful sea view and a lot of facilities. It is very clean there and the garden is beautiful. Turtles are nice as well – we really appreciated the beach area. The villa included everything we needed for our daily life. Location was nice as well – even though there was a lot of seaweed while we have been there (June), crystal-water Anse Georgette was only 10 minutes away by car, where we spent most our our time. We really enjoyed our stay in Cindy's place, everything was as we expected it to be.

Cindy was very kind and helpful. The property setting was idyllic.It was my favourite stay. The rooms are very big and clean. The beach is beautiful and so peaceful. We didn't try swimming. The sunsets were unbelievable and the hammocks with the palm trees and white sands was gorgeous. Cindy also helped me when the hired car packed up. She used her phone and helped resolve things. I am not sure what I would have done without her help. Thank you so much Cindy.

There are some mosquitoes so just take some mozzie stuff with you. I am a vet and would love to see the tortoises have more space. Its so difficult to provide adequate exercise space and variety with nutrition when they are kept in captivity. They are wonderful animals.
