Where to begin? The property is even more gorgeous in real life than the pictures you see, The villas are huge, beautiful, clean and all offer amazing ocean views. The staff was incredible, very nice, very helpful. My husband arranged with them so that I would have flowers in the room when we arrived and organized a spectacular birthday dinner with a gorgeous cake. I really do not have words to describe how amazing the people working here are. Always nice, polite, friendly. At check-in we were greeted with fresh cooling drinks. The restaurant and bar views are simply divine. The breakfast options although there are not many, are absolutely delicious and no matter how picky an eater you are you will love them. The coffee choices are also great. The pool and the two private beaches are very beautiful and the whole property has amazing vegetation and is very very well kept. Hands down a gorgeous place to stay worth every penny. We are so happy we chose Hilton Northolme <3

Previous to our trip I read comments about the food not being varied enough. I can imagine that this might be a problem if you plan on staying 10-14 days but in our case for a 4 night stay it was perfect. I know that experience can vary but in our case it was a dream vacation staying here and it was 100% positive all the way. The only minus I can think off is the fact that you are pretty far off from any village (3 km walk) and the roads do not have sidewalks so you either rent a car or you pretty much hang out at the resort all day. There is a shop up the street 500 m away but other than that unless you plan or renting a car or walking a lot you are limited to what the resort has to offer.

Large bathroom, super nice terrace with seaview, wonderful large beds with high quality linen. - plenty of high quality sun beds at the pool and beach including a good service and free water - high quality food and drinks in the restaurants and the bar. Best snack: three little burger variations. Super large breakfast buffet with various healthy food and drinks. Dinner restaurants with high cuisine and a nice menue. A gin bar at the sea shore to the enjoy sun-set with live music - free to use snorkeling and kayak equipment at the beach - very friendly and helpful staff

I loved the layout of the place and the way facilities were placed throughout the hotel grounds. This provides a charming atmosphere when walking around the place. The location of the hotel is wonderful allowing for great ocean on one side and Mountain View on the other, and walking distance from the Beau Vallon strip. While the hotel was fully booked it did not ever feel crowded. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Every request is tended to swiftly and you defiantly get the sense that your comfort is their priority. The hotel has several small hidden beaches that every time went went to, we were the only ones there so practically we got our own little private beach.

It would be nice to have a little more food selections in each restaurant.

We had a fabulous 3-day stay at Hilton Northolme. The entire staff made us feel very welcome and were very prompt and courteous in their service, making good suggestions to improve our stay. The property itself is the biggest draw, located on the slope of a hill and directly facing West leading to sighting some absolutely glorious sunsets. The villa was large, luxurious and spacious and had all the necessary amenities and a nice infinity pool. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend Hilton Northolme when visiting Seychelles.

The food at both restaurants was very nice, with only one point of feedback that there should be more options for vegetarians, which are rather limited. Apparent from that, the place is just wonderful.

Loved the three restaurants, the friendly and efficient staff both at reception and at the restaurants. Our flight departure was at an inconvenient time but the hotel had a separate lounge in which you could stay and rest between check out and the time you'd need to leave for the airport. We loved it so much that we'd be back to the same hotel if we came back to Mahe Island

The only fault I could find was that access to almost all rooms we saw was via stairs. I didn't ask if there were physical disability accessible rooms but this is something that could be better advertised.

The waterfront villas are spacious and comfortable. Amazing views, lots of birds signing, green trees around, all wonderful. Hotel itself is perfectly located with nature all around it. All the staff members were really friendly and trying to make our stay as nice as possible, they are really trying to give their best and it's hard not to appreciate that.

The weakest part of this hotel is the food but having said that please note that we are spoiled by some really good restaurants we're visiting around the year. And to be sure, it wasn't anything poor quality, it's just the little thing they can work on to make their place really special.

No variety of food

Perfect location, very quiet and relaxing The room has an amazing view of the indian ocean The pool is cold but you have a floating pillow so you can enjoy both the cold water and floating on the pillow without getting too cold and seeing a panoramic view of the indian ocean. The staff is very nice and kind The beaches are private and you can dive with snorkels and sea beautiful fishes :The food is great You have a selection between a fish restaurant and a creole restaurant which serves sweet and unique dishes the lamb rack is a must
