We really enjoyed staying at Carana Hilltop Villa😍 bedroom was clean and spacious. Staff is excellent always ready to help u and to give you advices of what to do day by day. They helped us to rent a car and the boat trip as well Breakfast is simple but nice and it makes u full Overall a great experience

I booked a room with double bed but the bed was actually 2 single beds together which it turn to be a uncomfortable

Fantastic facilities in a suprisingly secluded location on the North of Mahe, close to the popular area of Beau Vallon. Matthew the owner was attentive, (though very busy!) and we really appreciated the efforts he and his staff extended to make our stay so enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in this area of Mahe without hesitation. During our stay the villa was very quiet which suited us well - it would be nice to return and experience the villa atmosphere when fully occupied too.

Just watch out for the camber of the drive when leaving the main coastal road - slower is definitely better making the transition!! The bathroom was compact - it would have been nice to have had a bath although we recognise that these may well have been provided in a number of the larger suites.

How the place was architect and furnished. Also the whole place felt like a safe place to move around throughout the day

Lack of ventilation in room and washroom

-Location a little far from the best beaches (petite anse, anse soleil, baie lazare, etc) -Weak wifi in the room

Location and the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were, even when asking something extra late, they were able to provide it or found a solution for the needs.

Wish WiFi would have been faster, but can't hope it to be much, since the Internet on the island is not that good overall. warm water died one time late night.

We loved the peaceful location of the property (but it was just as well that we had a hire car). The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was very good. Great views from the breakfast terrace. Our flight away from Seychelles was late at night, and we were kindly given use of a room to shower and change that evening.

We asked for a double bed, but were given a room with twin beds pushed together.

Incredible staff that went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Mathew even picked us up one evening from another area about 20 minutes drive away as no no taxi's were available at the time. Always free to take us to the local shop or provide information on the local area.

The water occasionally did not work but this did not bother us too much as we spent a lot of the time outside the villa. This would be my only criticism though.

Perfect stay here, we arrived on the first leg of our honeymoon. Loved that there was a swimming pool, our room was lovely and we utilised our terrace to dry our wet clothes. Breakfast was probably the best of all our stays in Seychelles (view was breathtaking also), fresh fruit - their mangoes from their mango tree are SOOO juicy!! Couldn’t find ripe mangoes from the fruit market so this was even more treasured.

Not much really, there was probably one instance where the pool needed a bit of a quick once over with the net to clean it but that was minor.

I immediately felt on vacation. The accommodation is cosy, the staff very friendly and supportive. I was travelling on my own and without a car and received help to go grocery shopping and in finding my way around by bus. Even when I got lost once, help was only a phone call away. Thank you for enabling a great vacation and time out!

Everything and everyone was amazing. Clean and quiet, would definitely stay again. We were treated very respectfully and given great advice for all the best spots to check out on the island. Very relaxed island vibes made us feel right at home. The road upto the hotel is steep and winding but totally worth it! Pool was warm and clean. The wifi/movie channels worked pretty decent too. Great spot to access the whole north end of Mahé. 15-20min drive to Beau Vallon and same to Victoria/Airport. We recommend renting a car in general, but especially for this spot if you want to see the most of the north end. Thanks Carana Hilltop!
