The location is great with private parking lot. It is a nice historical building, feels like in a caste. The room is a decent size and I liked that each twin bed is on the other end of the room. Toiletries and slippers were available. Big wardrobe, a lot of storage space. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast was nice, basically everything you may want. Staff at the reception was helpful and friendly.

We watched ice hockey, so the TV could have been bigger.

The Arcade Hotel situated in the beautiful, historical main square of Banska Bystrica, therefore the parking is difficult. Our deluxe room was spacious and comfortable and very well equipped (huge desk with desk lamp, armchair, shoebrush) with newly renovated bathroom. The breakfast was simple but good.

Being a history building, there is no elevator. The pillows could be better.

Great location, right on the old town square. Getting to the hotel from railway station is walkable, but Taxi is recommended. We stayed in a "deluxe double" which was great and spacious. Breakfast was great.

No lift! Old buildings have high ceilings, 2nd floor has stairs equivalent to 3 storey modern buildings.

Only 9 channels on tv. No sports channels. Also a smoking room on the first floor, which causes the whole floor to smell like cigarettes.

Its a bit tricky to find the parking places. And we've been there on one of the hottest day of the year :D so it would have been great to have an aircondition :D

Very good breakfast, big selection. Athmospheric place in an old building. Well equipped room which was bigger than expected. Perfect location as the hotel is right in the middle of the main square of the town.

No elevator, which can be uncomfortable in some cases. The parking is a bit disturbing: if you arrive too late, then maybe you won't get a parking spot any more :) And the hotel and the parking lot is connected by a long alley.

Location was fabulous, right on the main square, close to restaurants and cafes.

Didn't worry us but for elderly or disabled people, this property is not suitable as it has no lift.

Close to town centre, lovely staff, clean room. Good breakfast. Nice hot strong shower. Definitely recommending to stay.

There is no lift, it didn't bother us but just so other people are aware, especially if staying on top floors.

The receptionist lady was lovely and very helpful. Place really clean , nice breakfast lady :) and the view !
