The residence is exceptionally well located, close to the city center with private parking. In the room you have all you need for the short stay including a kitchenette. The staff was very helpful, After a short discussion the stay with the dog was solved as well. breakfast was surprisingly good… I cannot recall, when I saw sparkling wine bottle opened at the breakfast last time. I was driving, so I couldn’t enjoy, but anyhow, it tells a lot.

The only comment of the stay is left / not taken waste bin from the previous guests. Not a big deal, though this should be checked more thoroughly.

The location, in the historical center of Banská Bystrica, but not in a noisy place. The apart-hotel in which I was accomodated was clean spacious, with clean sheets and towels. The kitchen was equiped with refrigerator, cook and kettle, with tea and instant coffee. Although the room hasn't ar conditioner, there as a small fan available.

Although it's a small detail that hasn't, in anyway, compromised the nice experience in this hotel but I'd take more attention to the plants which decorate the stairs. Some of them were sick or dying and this may not contribute in a good way to the visual of the place.

Room was spacy and even with a little kitchen. Breakfast was really good, with a great choice. Parking place is just around the corner + free

Beds could be harder, we think. Air condition is missing, a pity. Bathroom is without shower cabin, but okay.

The location is awesome to all the main sites especially the Uprising Museum and really appreciated the secured parking. Breakfast was good, too.

The two superior suites we had were very spacious. One of the suites overlooked the backyards and was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the food was of good quality. If the variety of items offered at the buffet is still not enough, you can order special toasts or omelettes for free.

Great location, close to city centre. The staff was very professional and nice. The facilities and room very clean. Generaly the services were top notch.The breakfast was a treat.

We havent been able to work the thermostat, so it was a little too warm. There were instructions for it, so maybe we just didnt get it right. It was not big issue for us.

Location was fantastic. 250m from the SNP museum and 5 min walk to main square. The breakfast was fab! Even had champagne on the buffet! Good quality breakfast items and decent coffee.

The bathroom hadsn't been thoroughly cleaned, particularly the bathtub.

we had penthouse apartment, it was totally new, stylish, beds are comfy plus is a superb breakfast with a lot of choice - even champagne!
