The location is good, and easy to navigate to with the car. Carpark in the backyard. The personnel was friendly. Breakfast in another building (funny) but it was on par with others in Slovakia, nothing to complain about. Spacious bathroom. Air conditioning is well positioned so that it makes less noise and still provides efficiency.

The lift doesn't really get you to the floor but to the middle of the floor so taking steps is inevitable. The furniture takes you back in time - to the seventies...

We had a suite on the 3rd floor which was spacious and in great location. Close to the mail square and the castle. The train and bus stations are a short taxi drive away. Breakfast was great and sufficient.

WiFi without password, fan in the bathroom not working, bathroom lock damaged and door unable to close, carpet in the lounge room was dirty.

Everything was really great! The room was nice, having great atmosphere. Air conditioning was great as it was really hot when I stayed there, but it worked perfectly. It is placed to the door, so it is not directly goes onto you in the bed which is really good. Breakfast was also great with warm options as well. Staff was really helpful and friendly all the time.

The hotel location is very close to the center, it takes 5minitues by walk. There are amenities, hair dryer, big bath, sofa, table, desk, TV (netflix), air conditioner, refrigerator, hangers.

carpet is a bit dirty. because which may Japanese point of view to get off the shoes inside of the room.

the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was quite big and very clean, breakfast was lovely with nice selection to chose from, location is conveniently close to one of the train stations in the city and within easy walking distance from the main square/city center

I was ok with this but be aware that in one of the buildings the elevator stops at landings between floors

We were one of few guests in the hotel during our stay. The room was clean with a big window, big beds and a nice clean toilet. The entire hotel was nicely decorated and had a new smell look. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We liked it there and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located close to a rather busy train track with a railroad crossing. The traffic on the street was light, but it proved difficult to keep windows opened, for some fresh air during the night.

Check-in was fast, room very spacious and perfectly clean. I can't complain on anything as everything was perfect, especially big bath and great AC.

I think it's a bit more expensive for a city of Zvolen, but anyway it was worth. Only real complain for me is using a one big room key instead of cards.

Good experience. Quiet room with good bed ab AC. Shower pressure was good. Car parking behind the hotel. Good location close to the center.

Restaurant was closed in Wednesday. Breakfast did not suprised, it was ok.

Location is very convenient (15 min walk from the main train station and bus station). Staff very attentive and helpful. The room as well as the bathroom were clean and spacious. Breakfast was a mix of warm and cold salty and sweet options.
