We were renting an apartment, it was assigned 101, very dark, quite small bathroom, and with the windows towards the reception alley, that everyone can see your room. As an option you could have use the blinds, not so nice when we are talking about expectations for nice view. We were asking to find a solution to change the room, but it was told that is no other availability. We drawn attention that the parking is empty, so not many checking in up to that time (Friday, after noon). The answer was still no, as no was the answer for having a late check out on Sunday. I find not the best money per value ratio, as we were spending more than 200€/night. Breakfast was not the best seen by far. Nice bar though and nice/fair people from restaurant.

The hotel is greatly kept - amenities feel like new, no issues with anything. The wellness center had all facilities functional, I'd suggest adding some ice shavings near the sauna area. Great massages to complete the experience, at a fair price. The restaurant and food options were amazing, kudos to the chef - food tastes great, fair prices for the offering. Staff was very helpful to arrange our NYE dinner, although our group made a very late decision. Ski room is one of the best equipped that I've seen.

It would be great if hotel could arrange for group transportation up to the slopes - high season means that public buses are way overcrowded and it's a 20 mins drive up to the slopes with some potential parking issues.

nice quiet location, easy to access jasna valley, but also Liptosky Mikulas. saturday grill dinner was very tasty, using high quality local meat. From the staff we would like to thank specially for Sam, Martin, Mark and Lucia.

Some very minor improvements: -would be nice to have a cover on the table at least at dinner, - please try to avoid serving ice cream in disposable dish and spoon. - would be nice to have all the time well trained (english speaking) staff.

Hotel Demanova really positively surprised me. The hotel is new and elegant. It's clean, well-located ( for skiing in Jasna ), & the staff is friendly and helpful. The food really exceeded my expectations - the chef is doing a real good job there !

I didn't like that we couldn't cancel the ski-passes, we pre-booked through the hotel ( even though you can normally cancel them if you buy them on the official go-pass page ). Even when the weather is terrible you can't do that which is terrible - I suggest to NOT buy them through the hotel if the weather is not 100% good

Very cozy and warm place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is equipped with a number of different facilities like great lounge bar, cigar lounge or wellness. Everything is accessible to the guests. Choice of products during the breakfast is sufficient, all products are fresh, tasty and home cooked. We travelled with our dog who was very welcomed in majority of facilities of the hotel. Room was quiet and we didn't hear another quests. Entire hotel was very clean and well maintained.

There's nothing I didn't like about this hotel. The entire stay was perfect.

- clean rooms equipped with everything you need - food is delicious (both breakfast and dinner) - having a special room for ski equipments is very helpful - great service

- wellness schedules weren’t respected - rooms are a little bit noisy (you can hear pretty well through the walls) - breakfast has almost nothing to eat for vegans (you can ask for plant based milk) - bathroom radiators didn’t seem to work so the towels never dried

Everything was perfect ! The staff was very helpful and friendly, very clean rooms, good restaurant and a la carte menu. Small, but cozy and clean spa zone, not crowded as you must register in advance. The hotel location is good, the bus stop is 5 minutes walkable distance, especially if you take a city bus to Jasna ski resort. Thank you so much !

The presidential suite was exactly as described - spacious, clean, and tasteful. Nice outside area - great for summer and for kids. Dinner in the restaurant was great.

Hard to find a negative: Breakfast could have had ore options, but it was not a busy weekend with very few guests, so what was actually offered was fantastic when taken in context.

The yes attitude of the personnel and the hotel are exceptional. Due to covid restrictions, many hotels either closed or cut off large part of their services. This one did not, it shows very clearly the dedication of management and of the people to provide the best services possible, regardles of how few visitors the hotel has or how difficult the state restrictions rendered the service providing. Nice clean rooms (only showers) with comfortable bed, beautiful view, extraordinary dinners, good breakfast with slightly worse coffee that is provided (but you can also ask for espresso). Caution: Not a holiday destination without a car, the bus transport is scarce (as we learned the hard way and had to travel by taxi).

The couch in the room was very unconfortable, the spa is very small, we made a reservation but weren’t able to use it as there were a lot of people and the bubble bath very small
