Very good place to stay. Huge apartments and there is everything you need in the kitchen. Staff on the reception is very friendly and helpful. The lady who did check in for us helped us a lot. Spa is great, the lady who does message also was great, really enjoyed the message. Breakfast has a good choice of food. There is also a grocery shop opposite the hotel and bus stop just 1 min walk where you can get a ski bus from.

The food in restaurant is not great, looks like it is not freshly cooked and therefore don’t taste nice. Pillows are huge and not comfortable, also quite hot in the room and we were not sure how to control temperature. We also booked several messages throughout our stay and one staff member did message very badly, like he just learnt how to do it and was also using his phone during the message.

The accommodation was good, rooms in the annex building were big, clean and well equipped. It's 50m walking distance from the ski bus shuttle. Parking is available. Restaurant is good. It has a ski room.

The mini fridge in the room was making weird noises, but it was forbidden to unplug it. The SPA was a bit expensive for what it offers.

Brand new buildings and rooms, both very stylish and useful. Each room with fully equiped kitchen. Tasty breakfast and polite waiters. You can take everything from restaurant to your room. 3 playgrounds for kids few steps away from the restaurant.

No AC, too hot in rooms during the day, and we slept with a balcony wide open. Bufet dinner could have been better. (On the other hand, a la carte meals excellent) Only Pilsen beer on tap - no Slovak beer in Slovakia ;)

The room and bathroom were nice, clean and well equipped, the mattress was very comfortable. I especially liked the free ski bus. The staff was very nice

The breakfast selection was a bit simple. The staff started vacuuming while we were still in the restaurant.Booking.com does not state that the sauna is paid, but in reality it is, because it is part of the wellness, which is paid.When you book the accommodation, it's so a little misleading

The continental breakfast could be a bit more varied, the staff cannot speak any foreign languages except the receptionist, a bit noisy room, you can hear everything from the corridor or the neighbor.

Great Spa facilities and not crowded as you have to book it in advance. Sky bus stop was just outside main entrance. Various breakfast during the days however not so much to choose from in one night stay.

Bed wasn't confortable. 1 bed is connection from 2 and the mattress isn't confortable enough to hide it.. hot water sometimes was an issue (Prime Time).

Very good location, 50 meters from the ski bus station. A taxi to the city center, Mikulas, costs 5 euros. Very good and varied breakfast, a la carte menu also good. I had an apartment, very spacious, clean and warm. Very friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Although I stayed for five days, no one came to clean the room, not even to empty the trash.

Our stay was very pleasant, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was also very good with lot of variety. We also enjoyed wellness with and masagge. Only thing I did not like, was the dinner from a la carte menu- Pork loin with cream rissoto and pear&fennil chutney- basically the dish wanted to be something more by the presentation but it wasn't what it should be. Meat was dead dry and the cream rissoto was made out of cheap rice you do not use for rissoto seasoned with "vegeta" (BIG NO).

At the basement we could play table tennis (2 tables) and pool (2 tables). Special room for the ski equipment.

We booked 1 apartment and there was only 1 TV. The room temperature was at the comfort limit (it could have been warmer). The thrash was not cleaned every day.
