No ventilation jn the bathroom. Coffee machine not working. It seems that they are lacking personnel. That was obvious at the breakfast-slow refilling, slow cleaning of used tables. I would expect better sound insulation-we were witnessing happenings in the room above ours. I would appreciate a bit higher air temperature, in the room and in the restaurant

everything about our stay was just exceptional. Very luxurious and comfortable room with great interior and a very comfortable bed. the shower gel Prija was so nice and relaxing that we bought it when back in Frankfurt. the breakfast buffet had so much of variety for vegetarians it was incredible and the staff was so helpful and kind. the location was perfect as everything was walking distance : sightseeing and restaurants. the parking for a day was a bit expensive but we enjoyed the service of vallet parking and also there was a welcome red carpet as you entered the parking lot. wish to stay back again at the hotel some day as it made our visit to Ljubljana unforgettable thanks a lot

We arrived earlier than the check-in time but they were so kind that they upgraded our room and let us in which was a relief after a sleepless night on the plane. The room was very clean and quiet. There was kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, ironing board and iron. The breakfast was amazing. There were plenty of choices and the waiters were always working hard to keep all the bowls full. We even could have decaff coffee. Everybody was kind and smiling. The congress center was less than 10 mins walk and the center was so. The weather was time to time rainy but there was even an umbrella in the wardrobe. We would definitely stay here if we travel to Ljubljana again.

There are many cheaper accommodation options around the area, but the hotel worth its price. There was nothing we can complain about.

Goog location, the old city centre etc. is easily explored by foot from the hotel. I had a room on the 21st floor with a nice view over the city. Staff were friendly and efficient.

There is a lack of hooks/racks for the towels in use, no way to hang the hand-towel near the sink, no hook for the towel in or near the shower to have it handy. The pillows were rather unconfortable, the large one too big and stuffed to be of practical use and the small one also too stuffed - I didn't ask for a different one, so I don't know, whether they offer alternatives. The lighting in the entrance of the room, near the garderobe is rather dim. Perhaps this is for security reasons, but the electrical socket also seem to switch off, when one is not in the room, but it would be handy to be able to charge devices, say when one is down for breakfast.

Superb breakfast , up there with the largest choice we have ever had staying in hotels . Suited all seven members of the party. Rooms were great but the best thing about your hotel is your marvellous team. The reception team were so helpful in helping us to decide where to visit and how to get there . I sadly don't have all the names just Rok but everyone was fab . Your barman Aldin is superb. He went over and above to arrange a dinner in the bar for us on New Years Eve ( food was amazing!)- he is a credit to your company. We loved our stay with you and are planning to return in the summer as it was so good

Wish I could have stayed longer!

New hotel, good quality finishing, very descent breakfast and central location. I would definitely stay here again IF they recognise the real star rating and do not try and price themselves into the 5-star category.

A solid 4 stars, but definitely not 5 stars, as claimed; very little storage space in the rooms, housekeeping bothers you at 09:30 AM to clean the room (returning every hour to annoy), book covers on shelves (not real books), self branded wine for house wine (not very good quality), no multi-plug sockets in the rooms, no bell boy for luggage, no restaurant for dinner, pillows not all that comfortable….I am being picky to demonstrate that this is not 5 stars, but a solid 4 stars.

the location is perfect everything is near by and staff branka she was very friendly and the chef her name is cheake she was very nice she bring halal food for us

There is no swimming pool and the room has a lot of dust

Hosting by Nika at reception, we had requests and all were fullfiled. Great! Rooms are beautifull with amazing views. Great breakfast in room.

To small round glass door at hotel entrance, only for one or two persons with luggage.

It was nice to stay in a 5 star hotel with a spacious room with a view over Ljubljana and a large bathroom with a full-length bath. The lobby area was conducive both for work, reading and enjoying a drink or light meal.

Chinese mass tourism. Plastic sachets of mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard which don't open without the aid of a knife. I switched the air conditioning to OFF (not AUTO) before going to bed, but it came on again ten minutes later. I tried again, and the same happened. Each time it came on, it made a tinkling sound and I realised I would never sleep. In the end I removed the key card from its socket, which finally prevented the a/c from doing its thing (but meant I had to find the bathroom in the dark).

Staff was extremely kind and helpful and wished to help with everything. Breakfast was pretty rich and varied. The hotel is brand new and has great location and view of the city. Rok the receptionist and the other reception staff were absolutely wonderful.

The room supposed to be cleaned every day, in fact, the cleaning team "forgot" about my room for couple of nights. Moreover, even after they did clean the room, they literally just made up the bed. There wasn't really cleaning standard and I could see the marks and dirt all over the room. Disappointing. Another thing is the terrible noise coming up from the bathroom which I understand from other guests that happen in most of the rooms. It has to be solved out.
