Nice location for winter because of their position neay slope

A nice hotel but not as rated a 4 star one Beds were a little bit unconfortable, a poor sound proff from other rooms, amenities not working in bathroom and be aware that despite they show pet friendly badge they charge you extra 20 euro for a small dog

Great room, spacious, very clean, there was a complementary small bottle of water in the room well received. We arrived late around 1.35 Am, they have 24h reception open. We stayed there one night 25-26 aug and returned on way back home 30-31 aug second stay we had a great room large at 3rd floor first night it was last room available in the attic, to small...but great bathroom :). Great breakfast we enjoyed it only on first stay. Second stay we slept, and we had late check out... really really appreciate it. We will come back!

I can imagine this is a wonderful place for skiers, since it's a bit outside Maribor and directly next to the ski runs and lifts. The hotel is clean, well furnished and offers a nice breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The views from most rooms are beautiful

There was some issue with the window pane in our room - after the rain showers, water seeped through, although the window was closed. It was not much, however, and we managed to wipe it.

The hotel is beautiful, the location excellent, and the wellness is also very lovely, with big saunas, comfy beds, and friendly staff.

We weren't informed about the saunas reservation in advance, and since we came just for wellness, that was a bit shocking, mainly because we came just for one night and paid a high price. The hotel manager was very friendly and found a spot for us in the wellness, but we could only be there for a bit more than 2 hours (we had planned at least 4-5 hours). The wellness was above expectations, fruity water was available, and fresh apples were, music in the saunas, a lot of space in the saunas, a bit dark though (not very comfy to read a book), and the only thing that was not very good was quite a wet floor. Also, we didn't know the parking is 8 EUR per day. We will probably come back, but it's good to get information on extra reservations and fees in advance.

Polite staff, slightly worn but clean rooms. The food is very good, the breakfast is impeccable.

The room prices, which are not at all cheap, interestingly do not include the use of the wellness department. Above the price of the room, €19 per person, it is simply an exaggeration. it may not be the hotel's fault, but I strongly regret that Booking.com did not indicate this at the time of booking. With this extra cost, it is no longer worth staying here.

The apartment itself was wonderful. Comfortable, clean, cool.

Really really difficult to communicate with the staff of the apartment building. Many calls were made and even then it was very difficult to understand. It probably should be made very clear that there is nobody onsite when checking in. If this is normal for boutique apartment rooms then ok, lesson learned, stay at a hotel.

Beautiful view

No cleaning in the room for 3 days which is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel (we had to ask them to clean the room and when they did that cleaning meant only taking the garbage), bad internet (you have to pay if you want a better one), cold personnel - you really do not feel welcome at the location (especially at the reception)

good to know and to recommend, but with a small remark, pay attention to what type of room you book. You will also have to pay for parking, even if it is not crowded, parking is mandatory even in the off-season and the resort tax and others. So a bit high prices for Slovenia. Another time, all these prices and additional taxes did not exist.

The staff were very friendly. Our room with the balcony was super. The location was ideal and the buffet breakfast was great. The bar/reception area was a lovely and cosy spot to relax with family. We are looking forward to staying again soon!

It would have been helpful to be able to control the heat in the room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Great location if you want to ski and the weather allows it. The spa is great and affordable. Nice staff, all of them helpful. The breakfast buffet was great! Lots of different options and the restaurant is amazing! The food was delicious and in big portions. Recommend it 100%
