Absolutely everything about the hotel. Stunning room, view, facilities and above all, the staff were unswervingly efficient, kind, warm and friendly. I was greeted by security Grant who was so very helpful. I then got to know a couple of the guys at the desk, Bash and Chad. They were so kind and helpful, and sorted any issue or query I may have had in being in beung u familiar to the place and my first time in Capetown. In my free time passing through reception, if I could see that no customers were around I'd actually go and talk to them. The cleaners were amazing and one time I bumped into one called Christine, another amazing staff member and lady I will most definitely WILL be staying at Crystal Towers again when I return to Capetown next year!

Good location near restaurants and few other shops. Apartments decor was very modern.

Housekeeping cleaning was very questionable, they put dirty stuff back in the cupboard and pulled bedsheets up without changing. Reception phone was hardly getting answered.

The Residences have amazing staff who are friendly efficient courteous and ever helpful - the parking is secure and convenient , & having two eating options on site is also a big plus. Canal walk mall is an easy 3-4 minute walk away and in general the hotels location offers easy access to Cape town , panorama or further afield with easy links to the highways . Remember to request a hairdryer and additional access keys from reception if required & patio furniture.

M\y husband and I have been coming to this property for many years , and we were disappointed in the standard of the first 2 bedroom unit assigned to our party for a number of reasons. HOWEVER Jessica, Chad and Justin ( from their management team ) rose to the occasion and relocated us as soon as another unit was available - much appreciated Thank you ! We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

1. Luxurious and classy setup and location. 2. The ease of check in and warm welcoming staff. Including the cleaning staff. 3. Great value for money, felt like home away from home. Will definitely come back over and over. Have already referred my friends and family.

On the 2nd day of our stay the guests in room next to ours we're very loud. However, that did not bother us. What really bothered us was them smoking marujana, and the smoke was so bad that we could sit outside on our balcony or even keep the sliding door open. We had to keep it closed all the time to keep away the smoke smell. I'm not sure if there are rules against smoking in the residence...

I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at the property. Our stay was comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the staff at the reception. The reception staff were not only helpful but also very welcoming. Their assistance was particularly noteworthy when my daughter accidentally left her plush toy in the penthouse. The staff were above and beyond to retrieve it for us and contacted my friend in Cape Town to collect it. Moreover, the residences’ location, situated next to Canal Walk, added to the overall positive experience.

While our experience was largely positive, I would like to offer a few small suggestions for improvement: 1. Room refurbishment: Some of the rooms may benefit from a bit of refurbishment to enhance the overall aesthetic. 2. Bathroom windows: It would be beneficial to frost the windows in the bathroom to ensure privacy, as currently they provide a view to the corridor.

The location was great. It’s halaal friendly. You have access to the restaurant and 24hr coffee shop. Nice size rooms. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and always had a smile:

The room that I had the bed was very hard. Cupboards had a smell. It needed a good clean as it was sticky when I touched the cupboard doors. They only provided water on the day you arrived and refused to give you another even when you asked. Hair driers need to be collected from reception. No dressing table to do your hair and make up. Rooms need better lighting.

Room was really clean, was abit sad about the hot water issue that we had on the 1 night and also, I would also like this option to allow the customer to make full payment on the day of arrival. you guys should also have this option.

The fact that I could only pay 50% of the money on the day of arrival, I wanted to pay the full amount on the day of arrival, and also one more things, if you are leaving the shopping mall at night, at the start of the bridget it really dark and their are always people their smoking and you tend to get scared to go pass them at that time cause their is no light.

The location was the highlight for me. Easy access to all the attractions, and just a walk to Canal Walk shopping Mall. The room was spacious, the security was on high alert and we felt safe all the time. The front desk staff were Superb, their customer service is top notch. I will definitely recommend the place to friends and family.

I was a bit disappointed by the apartment we were allocated (Room 203). It did not meet the standard of what I saw on the pictures, and the rooms I previously used. The Breakfast was also not worth the money. For R290 pp I expected a full variety of everything, but it was limited. I recommend an improvement of the breakfast.

very beautiful hotel, rooms are nice and everything looks exactly like the picture the staff was very nice looks exactly like pictures main bedroom was gorgeous no doubt close to the biggest mall

the room was picture no sound , meaning the sink was leaking ,and they said they’d fix it but didn’t the safe refused to open and we told the person at the reception who then tried to open it only to lock it again and failed to open then said he’ll open tomorrow 🙄when we had a 5am check out cause of our flight so we had to bother him continuously so that he makes a plan cause we couldn’t leave our passports , the kitchen drawer fell as soon as we opened it the toilet flashing buttons were also loose honestly for the money we paid it was a disappointment

I loved it so much that I extended my stay The view is amazing, cozy and I felt comfortable and at home. The bed very comfortable, so I slept well. Lovely heated tiles. Clean, modern and luxurious look, everything blending in. Undercover parking and easy to move from the room to my car and also to the front desk. The staff was amazing friendly and helpful. Cleaning service polite and professional. Also a convenient, 5min walk to Canal Walk mall. I loved the peace, tranquility and spaciousness of the room, perfect for one or two people. I will definately visit Crystal Towers more often.

I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints.
