The playroom for kids it kept my son busy and the safety of kids it's wonderful, the fact that as parents you don't have to worry nor stress about the kids, I loved that a lot

The fact that it's not wheelchair accessible even reception there's no ramp to enter, the bathroom in the room was not accessible and even on the activities I couldn't even access the Jacuzzi because it's upstairs those are things that needs to be looked at an accessible south Africa for all

Activities for grandchildren entertainment very good. Daily cleaning service rendered excellent. Safe and secure.

There should be No costs for access to the Jacuzzi and Steam rooms as these facilities are an attraction to the resort and to be included in the total costs. To co consider designated Parking allocation for each unit.

Friendly efficient staff happy to assist. Faciluty was awesome, clean, beautiful, perfect place to relax and unwind. The jaccuzi was fantastic, first time for my family and we loved it. Thank you guyd. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely no negatives. Except for the fact that the beach was a bit further away than i expected.

Everything was good perfect, swimming pool good for kids , in the kitchen everything is there to cook, iron and hair dryer perfect most of the hotel they don't have so impressed about it

No wifi at all but you mentioned free Wifi, is useless to use Wifi at reception only cause I will never go and sit at reception for it is big no, room 18 main bedroom fan not working

We loved everything abt the place, the kids were more excited, they were crazy about the pool,play area, it was more fine,they were having party of their own every afternoon, they made lots of friends...Us adults, we enjoyed the comfort of the beds,the cleanness of the apartment, security thereof the apartment, friendly staff, 4rm the Reception,Security Guards, House Keepers, everybody- not forgetting the friendly Mkhulu (the Executive Safestay Personnel) we love him...the apartment is near to the beautiful beach,walking distance, closer to the shops... we are definitely coming back next year, nd this time we are extending our stay 🤩 I'm already recommending the place to lots of people.👌

The location and view on the beach was great. The facility and what it offers was very good and we loved our stay.

The only let down was the state of the water on the beach which was not the resorts fault.

We loved our grounfloor flat location, it was private with access to lovely lush garden with birds and vervet monkeys. The block is also right near nature reserve and quiter than most. All staff very friendly and helpful, quick responses fixed faults.

The wifi is hopeless, and needs to be improved.

They need a vending machine or something that sells waters or some basic essentials at reception.

We didn’t request for breakfast however the place was awesome the fact that there’s an area for kids to play made it a 10 out of 10 I would recommend the place to anyone, The swimming pool is great for all ages oh n there’s even a jacuzzi, I could go on and on basically we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back🙏

Except the reception guy was not friendly with us at all, He made me feel like you guys are doing us a favor and that didn't seat well with me
