The room was clean. A place to lay your head. It was close to the waterfront.

The carpet was stained badly. We could not walk without slippers/shoes. We had bath towel and one small head towel. My partner and I had to share a towel.

I didn't like the set up. because I booked a room for two but the set up was meant for only one person.. for instance we had 1 towel, 1 bottle of water etc... and the room doesn't have microwave and Bar fridge☹

I like location the big size of my room. . Air conditioner I like that there are well prepared for load shedding I liked the restaurant staff Mrs Sithole you are having all the manners and if you are at king cetswayo district you wish for some cultural respect Mrs sithole she got that in her good manner . All the staff was good young and old

I did not like that the renovations happened during my stay and it was truly a nonsense during my afternoon sleep the hammer was making you much noise Please i hated your black to Grey towels there are a nono

Breakfast was worse breakfast are ever tast It not valuable for my money they don't change the menu we eat same thing for 5 days. Food doesn't taste good bacon were burn and their food were too oily and tasteless Sometimes they serve only yogurt without muslie they didn't buy even fruit in the third day I was not happy about their breakfast at all And their WiF was not working goodi

The place was good, the view, the food and the staff was the best.

I think u should have a bar fridge in you rooms and iron

On arrival the pillows were not covered with pillowcases and there was a bath towel short. We contacted reception and they sent someone up to finish up the room. The sprinkler pipe system has a leak running to the sprinkler and was dripping from the roof on the side table next to the bed onto the telephone . Room 217. It did not really bother me as I moved the table away every evening when we got in.

Most of all, the spirit of the staff was so amazing, from the reception, restaurant as well as cleaners. Keep it up guys, even though the hotel is slightly matured but because of the staff you have... Ill recommend ur hotel wherever I go.

In rooms 402 the fridge is not working and the TV is an old model, the pictures are not clear.

Location was perfect and i didn't eat my breakfast because i was in a hurry!

Please provide bar fridge and microwave

Their Breakfast Mmmmmmmmh I enjoyed everything especial the Eggs Just the way i like it .... Their food is in good order you dont struggle to get what you want n its so delicious I left the Dinning hall with a stomach so full yhoooo i will definately come back there and Next time I will bring my family too
