I appreciate it that I am able to always get the same room everytime I visit :-) I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and for their kindness towards my dad who lives in managed care. Their location is absolutely the best.Always remains my 1st choice for accommodation

I don't have any dislikes.the facility is good value for the money you pay. Highly recommended

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were clean and tidy. Our room was comfortable, shower was hot, coffee and tea was supplied in room. Meals were available on site and were tasty and served promptly. Drinking water and ice were always available in passage. Lodge is conveniently situated close to major shopping center with a variety of restaurants and a cinema.

Guests taking in passageway near our room very late at night,disturbing our sleep.

The location, seamless transition to own power during load shedding, really friendly and helpful staff, great food in the restaurant, comfortable bed

My room was close to the generator used for own power during load shedding, but I was happy to have that instead of a blackout

clean and the reception lady were very friendly and helpfull

i thought clock out time was 11 but the cleaning lady knocked twice first past 8 while i was still sleeping and after 9 to listen if im on my way yet ?? that was not great at all .I undertand the 1st time she just want to make sure if the people still in ,but the 2nd time i was feeling that i over stayed me welcome.

Nice and clean room. Friendly and welcoming reception. Staff offering to carry bags. Could still boil kettle and watch TV when loadshedding.

TV needs a music channel. When it is loadshedding, the aircon stops working.

I like the location and the general cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff

Lack of choices on the menu. No kiddies menu. Restuarant had no pizza base the entire time i was there. Rate quoted must include bfast

They should stop the smoking in rooms on the smoking section and guests need to respect others with noise the rule should be no noise, loud speaking ect after 10.30 pm

I loved the shower. The fact that the door opens to the inside was an added bonus and to not have wet floors was just great. TE general assistants i.e doorman, cleaning staff were absolutely brilliant. Friendly, respectful, courtesous.

The vending machine was something to cry about. Sorry, but really not good. Almost empty. Bought a lunch bar which was rock hard and tasted old. Wrong information was provided by one of the reception girls with regards to breakfast (I was told that I could order breakfast and when I did so, I have beeh informed no room service but I am welcome to get breakfast and take it to my room). Not a big issue.

Best location if you are on route to Eastern Cape. Best stop coming from Cape Town. Very convenient with the Garden Route Mall at your doorstep, a variety of restaurant within walking distance.

TV can be mounted on the wall for a better view

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Town Lodge has become my second home away from home. The lady at the reception, Lisakhanya and Philasande are always very cordial towards all the guests. Keep up the excellent work you do!
