The location was very much convenient for us to the Airport as we had a very early flight to catch . Everything went well after a very good night sleep .

Did not utilise the Breakfast service. Location was excellent for my needs - catching a flight the next day.

The TV remote was not working. So I was back to old style of getting up and switching channels on the TV. Actually, much as this observation is put in this box, it is a healthy practice to get up and switch channels rather than lying back and flipping around on the remote control!!

I wish you could offer breakfast or have a canteen we can use when visiting.

the fact that the rooms do not have clothes cabinets and the TV is still using SABC channels. please make use of the cheapest decoder is budget is tight. rooms should have coffee and kattle for when ever one needs tea or coffee.

Attitude of the staff, everybody was friendly and helpful

The coffee machine was broken. They could only help us with hot water and we have to buy our own coffee &sugars of which I find it unfair cause the company could've supplied those as well.otherwise the atmosphere was great very accommodating people

The rate and the accommodation met up with standard that you pay for your stay. It is budget accommodations, very helpful if you have a early flight

There was no break fast included ???

The study table was too small and had to sit on my bed to do assignments. When I tried to use the kitchen area's table the wifii did not allowed me to work from there (poor signal). So I went to another hotels dining area to work. Unfortuantly I wont stay there again. The personnel were awesome, but the hotel is not condcutive for some one who is there for a week for studies. Excellent for one night stay, but not for studies.

The cleanliness

Only 3 channels were available and I wanted to watch a bit of soccer. There was water on the floor after taking a shower. That should never be the case. That means even when the door is closed, its not properly secured.

The room was clean and neat. However, for my family, the space was a bit small. I would have preferred more hanging space or hooks. Also, the smoking rooms are on the third floor it would have been great if there was a tea and coffee station on that floor whenever guests checked in.

The Efficiency of the Booking Process, The Cleanliness of the property, the clean linen and the optimal room temperature

1. Absence of Elervators for big luggages, having to use stairs going up. 2. Absence of breakfast.

Clean room and bedding

TV channels. Only 3 SABC channels with two of them freezing the screen all the time Mosquitoes were feasting on our blood without even opening the window. The outside parking had pothole that makes the facility untidy.
